PC works great. Had an issue with the screen when it cracked while the computer was left in the car for a few hours. Best Buy support was not so helpful, basically waited in line for them to say, Yup It's cracked. Sorry it's only 2 weeks old, but contact HP. This is my 3rd experience with "Geek Squad" and I have never left satisfied. HP online tech support had some issues, but when I called them, I had the RMA the next day, and it is allegedly in shipping now to be returned to us.

Bought 2 of these for the kids. I thought they were just fine for the money. Bought on sale for $299. Does everything needed for school work, surfing WWW and such.

This computer/laptop is very easy to use and manage. No confusing apps and the touchscreen was a good feature to .

Although the laptop was a little heavier and thicker than I anticipated, it was a good value for the price I paid.

its light but battery dead about a hour. the small pad is not sensitive.

Very convenient, small foot print, less than 4 lbs, very fast and reactive. Candidate for free Windows upgrade.

This laptop is great for home and travel. Flip screen is wonderful for movies. Wish it had longer battery life.

We brought this for our 12 year old daughter and she loves it. Is very easy for her to set up and use on her own.

The HP Pavilion 360 touch screen laptop is just what I wanted. I just wish it had Windows 7 instead of Windows 8.

Def not the fastest machine out there, it being its Microsoft compatible not having to deal with a Chrome, its easy for my Middle and High School students to use. Its light, compact ansd kids like the touch screen as well. Remember, you get what you pay for. Read the specs to make sure its what you need.

Purchased for my brother who has severe ms. The touchscreen really helps him because of his limited use of his hands.

This laptop is small and lightweight, and still does everything we need it for! It is fast and has plenty of memory, I couldn't believe the computer we got for the price! I love the touch screen and the sound is amazing for such a small laptop. It will be perfect for my daughter to take to college.

The hp two in laptop is great. I'm a computer technician and it is great to to have their two in in laptop for repair and trouble shoot others devices. Very convenient to have when trouble shooting betworks and testing routers. The down fall of the laptop is that the keyboard is open and that the keys can be damaged if your not careful. It have been better if the keyboard had a cover or have the screen flip around to cover the key when being use as a tablet.

This is a well built convertible ultrabook. It feels solid and not plasticky like the other laptops in this price range. Win 8.1 is a joy to use with the touchscreen once you get used to it. The only cons are that there is some bloatware and there is no easy way to upgrade/replace the hard drive, RAM, or battery.

I'm very computer illiterate so I have a hard time finding thind on my computer but I know I will get it soon.

The HP Pavilion 360 is perfect for light use applications. The machine build is solid, the keyboard, touch screen are great at this price. The audio sounds great. The specs are just right for doing basic tasks. Power users will complain about the shortcomings of this PC. The display has low 1366x768 resolution and is surrounded by a one inch thick black frame on either side.... What a waist! this otherwise prime real estate could be used for viewing stuff.

Great laptop for the price. Just one small change a better on and off button on the side of the laptop.

I purchased this little laptop because my old Dell was 7 years old and needed to be replaced. I was looking for something smaller that would be easy to walk up & down stairs and around the house. This is perfect. I love the touch screen as well!
