The laptop is a little heavy to attempt to hold it with one hand: It is 5 pounds. It looks really sleek on the inside and especially the outside. At times it id a little slow with connections, and for those who like accessories, THERE ARE NO CURRENT ACCESSORIES FOR THIS COMPUTER I.E. LAPTOP AND KEYBOARD CASES. I am also having difficulty finding a screen protector and you could use anti glare as well. When I did get this at best buy, I now have to go back to get my anti-virus protection, because most of the workers I encountered are hasty and just wanted to go home. Windows "whatever this one currently is" is hard to follow at times, because it just "has too much going on" and has glitches with Firefox and Internet Explorer when it comes to loading certain pages. Overall, HP would get the job well done if this laptop has more accessories or even colors it comes in, a more workable system than Windows 8 (is it?) ,a less reflective screen that doesn't put a strain on the eyes, and especially a lighter weight especially with this being a hybrid computer (it rotates back into a tablet). Then again, am I asking for too much?

Great price and product, for my son that didn't have a computer to use when start college

Took some time to get use to but have been enjoying it. Nice size and weight for using anyplace. Primarily use for Internet and it works very well.

My son likes the touchscreen because he plays his games on it like an ipad.

Slow. Updates almost every time I turn it on. Would prefer Win 7 OS, hopefully Win 10 will be an improvement

Love this computer. It's been a long time since I bought a computer and things have changed dramatically. I was afraid I wouldn't know what to get what would work for me. The fellow who helped me at Best Buy was wonderful he listen to what I needed and help me choose exactly what I needed

I was lucky that when I was there the line for service was very short. I had purchased an ipad keyboard case and it was defective and i was able to exchange it for the exact same keyboard since you still had one at the store. Lucky for me you had one right in the store, the other process was much more complicated, etc. I was very happy. The product I bought was discontinued and the new replacement generic product looked cheap, filmsy, bad quality and it cost the same. I also recently purchased a computer and backpack and I am satisfied with both items.

This product was purchased for my Mom as a Christmas gift. She loves it, and says that as her first laptop it was very easy for her to get used to.

I am so pleased with this laptop. The features and ease of use are excellent. I can do anything I need, yet it is easy light and easy to transport.

The main reason I purchased this laptop was to have a more compact laptop. It's exactly that, it fits very well in my back back and love how it can turn into a tablet by flipping the screen

Very good and versatile. Purchased for wife to use as laptop and or tablet. Would have purchased one for me had I not bought a full 17" Laptop.

Great laptop for the price. You get a lot with it for what you pay. Comparable laptops are several hundred more. The versatility is great too.

Love that the laptop is 360. Can use anywhere because of this! Everything works great, no concerns.

Computer is easy to set up and configure. Fast processing. Windows 8 takes a little getting used to.

Being able to either prop this up like a tablet or hammer the keys like a laptop and get homework done this is a good laptop to buy. At first I thought Touch on a laptop would be stupid and pointless, but honestly, after just a few hours I have come to really appreciate being able to Touch, flick, or whatever I need on the screen instead of hunting for a mouse pointer.

Operates slow with anti-virus software provided with purchase.

It's a good computer. I really like the 2 -in- 1 factor. I'm still getting used to Windows 8 but its really easy to work with. I'm also enjoying some of the apps that came with it.
