Although it runs and performs well, the thing that I can't get past is the way the screen jiggles in laptop mode. It seems flimsy and moves with the slighest motion. If I flip it and use it as a tablet I have no complaints, but it bugs me.

I've had a few instances where the page was slow coming up, but iy's probably my server. Still learning all the bells and whistles.

I did a lot of research before buying this 2-in-1 for my mother. The key was its light weight coupled with purported laptop sensibilities. The disappointing part was how slow it operated and constant crashes. I eventually returned it in exchange for Dell's new 7500.

It's a good little laptop, Best of a net-book and a tablet.

my older daughter bought this exact laptop last August and loves it and has used it everyday in high school. My younger daughter just bought right now and looks forward to using it for high school. It is FAST and easy to use. Great with multiple tabs in use.

Processing is slow and isn't as good as a regular laptop, the older ones are better and are easier to work, touch screen is poor

love the tablet and it is very user friendly :) I love the snap on and off keyboard, it is fast and easy to use the screen is clear and the sound is great.

I always wanted a touch screen notebook, and with the price I'm paying, I have no complaints. The speed was kind of slow, if you are into playing games, this laptop is not for you. I'm using this laptop for normal tasking so the speed doesn't bother me at all. The Wifi connection was excellent too. Overall, I'm happy with the purchased.

I have n ipad, which I purchaased at Bestbuy. However, it took me bout a year to find the limits on my ipad. By this time, a netbook thatI had used for 5yers came to tghe end of its life when Microsoft dcontinue support for XP. I needed laptop to o things tht my ipad could not do. The Bestbuy Associate who asisted me laid out the elements of this lptop and I fell in love with it. It has delivered everything it promised nd much more is in the works as I am learning new things about it everyday. If my wife did not already own a DELL laptop, I would by this same model for her.

I bought this laptop because it had beats by Dre. Offers great sound, easy to use and a good computer. The only problem was the computer protection. I pulled the seal off to open and it ripped the numbers off so I could not put the protection on my computer. Very bad packaging. Free computer protection, but can't install it.

I have had laptops this size before and love them! However, because they are so portable, they have more opportunity to break. This one is fast enough for my needs, but the built in mouse pad button that allows you to "click" on things is not as good as previous laptops of mine. It doesn't always accomplish its objective and is harder to push down. This might just be a defect on this particular machine.

Bought this for a smaller laptop that could be an effective location for media files and easy viewing while traveling on a plane. Not for gaming or other high performance but gets the job done. It is heavy though
