This was my 2nd laptop. I wanted to have daily browsing, skype and movies and it works well. Glad I have it!!

Not such a great deal ,Windows 8 .1 is hard to figure out,I.If I had known that I would have purchased the Geek Squad help.Keeps freezing up when loading My preferred Yahoo Homepage and I can't set Yahoo as a Homepage on the Windows Start menu .....also can't figure out how to personalize the Windows Page with My settings ,I think the Laptop is OK Just having issues with Windows8.1,Touchpad is super sensitive and where the heck is the Back button when you accidentally swipe the wrong Icon ?

This computer does well for the things my daughter uses it for such as watching movies, homework, reading etc!

This is a solid built laptop but, it is way too slow for a quad core processer. I can’t watch Netflix without it constantly hanging up. I’m not sure if it’s the video card or not but very disappointing. Note: I have a 100MB solid connection.

This computer is really great, I have for a while now wanted to get a tablet and recently came in need of a new computer so I knew this would be the type of computer I would get. I have not had it for very long but so far I love it!

It is decent for what my nefew uses it for good 2 in 1 for children

Easy to take along and with teachers permission able to video some lectures. This lets me listen and not worry about taking notes and possibly missing something

Could have had better sound it's to low and it has beats by Dre in it quality sound just needs to be louder

This laptop is comfortable and easy to use. If you are looking for a tablet as well, this is a great option.

This is excellent for size, weight, multiple purposes - I love that I can so easily port it places. But, it was a pain that I had to buy an extender to properly get WiFi, and I don't like Windows 8. Am learning to use it so tablet experience can be done - and I like this. For my work, it really is excellent.

Very small and easy to take back and forth to class. Touch screen works great.

Initially when purchased I could not get the OS to work, Over the period of four days I spent many hours on the Phone with HP support wh eventually managed to fix the problem. They were on the verge of deciding to exchange it out. I would recommend that it is tested prior to leaving the shop!

I bought this for my husband's teen Daughter she likes it, size is convenient and the memory is enough.

I purchased this computer for business, I love it. It's not to heavy, and it's easy to set up and use. I am a MAC user so I was not familiar with Windows 8. The Geek Squad sent me an email to explain the basics about using Windows 8. It was very helpful and made my use of the computer easier.

This a great laptop which is very fast with all essentials for travel, office , entertainment and home

Good basic 360 notebook overall. I just wish it had a disc drive.

But the Trend Micro Security was trash...Something got into the computer and totally broke it. Had to buy a new one. Also HP warranty seems to be B.S. as it's been only just past 6 months by a few days and their so called 1 year warranty was out of date in their system. What a hassle...

Bought Otter cover for granddaughters iphone. Got a waterproof one because "accidents" do happen. :)

Our office just went on the cloud and we are using these laptops for the assistant in the back office.
