I bought this for my daughter and she is young. She is learning how to type and use computers at school. This has helped her so much and she already knows how to use it better than me! Love it!

This was a birthday gift for my granddaughter who is now twelve years old she seemed to be excited very engaged in learning about everything it had to offer. Definitely not disappointed.

got one for my daughter she loves it, for school most important online easy access pretty good for her gaming and looking up crucial information concerning everyday life at her figure tips

I need the versatility of a DVD drive, but the new computers are getting away from this to make them smaller!!! Alright, but not my favorite....

It is great for traveling, It is so Light weight and easy to handle. I also love having the touch screen.

First of all, I have purchased several HP computers over the years and they have all been great. I figured this laptop would be no different. I was wrong. Right away, I thought something was wrong. I could not get it to power on, then for some reason it came on. It was the slowest computer I have ever seen. It would take a good minute for it to change from one window to the next. I returned it the next day.. Maybe I just got the lemon.

We purchased two of these for our 10 and 12 year olds for Christmas. Hers was loaded with "issues" within the first two weeks, and he is afraid to use his now. Came with free download for security protection but can't even get that to load

I bought this computer as an open item. This computer is the best. Its a laptop that turns into a tablet. It is touch screen and it is fast as well. I use the laptop daily since I am a college student. I'm very happy with this laptop. I recommend it.

I bought this laptop for my daughters 14 the birthday. She loves it. She loves the flexibility of this laptop..she listens to music, watches Netflix, talks with friends, and hopefully will be using it for her school work soon. Overall, she is very happy with it. The only downside is there isn't a disk drive. Everything has to be downloaded.

Best price and value for a notebook. Less expensive than most tablets that had less capability in terms of memory. Only issue I've had is difficulty in maintaining internet connectivity.

Its all in the title of the review. If you're looking for something that can handle things that aren't photo editing or gaming, look elsewhere. Otherwise this machine is alright.

It was great choice to buy this product. I am using this just for basic things so it is worth a price.

I was really excited to get this laptop because the Best Buy representative had recommended the product, and I thought it was really cute and compact, but I'm kind of disappointed with it's performance. The computer freezes on me all the time and the Internet is very slow and also freezes on me a lot. I use this laptop for school and it's really annoying because sometimes I can't log in to my online classes and it's just stuck on the log in page. I have an HP chromebook and it works fine when I try to log in and the Internet is super fast so I know it's not my Internet plan. When I try to open programs like Microsoft word, it's really tedious and lags when I try to open things up and sometimes programs won't open up and it'll say "not responding." I wanted to return it or exchange it but it's past the time limit. Unfortunately, the computer lags so much that id rather search things or log in to my classes online from my phone or chromebook than have to wait for this laptop to open it up.

This is great for a little computer if you do not care about the quality of the picture. It has plenty of memory and a good chip, it just runs slow compared to my 10 year old macbook.

Love the compact size and the fact that it functions like a tablet as well as a complete computer.
