bought this laptop for my elderly folks and they are very happy with it..quite user friendly too!!!

When we went into Best Buy to purchase a computer I basically knew what I was looking for. The salesman was very polite and knowledgeable. We had no problem with getting the HP Pavilion 360 up and running. The only snag we encountered was the wi-fi was defective. We tried out another and it works perfect with no problems!

I needed a small, inexpensive computer for special projects. This is just what I was looking for.

I bought this for my business, unfortunatly for me in has windows 8 installed which i despise, but i made it work. I found the interface to be fast and smooth, even running games there us very few jerking or buffering movements. I would suggest to any entrepreneur or student wanting touch screen and great performance.

I bought this mainly for school. Writing papers, looking up stats and doing home work. this laptop/ tablet has performed well. i can do home work and listen to music and have a game going at the same time without it freezing

Enjoy being able to move around and take my laptop anywhere. Get spoiled having this much flexibility

Bought this item for my husband who is an Over the Road truck driver. This was the perfect size for him to watch TV at night at catch up on emails.

Despite downloading the manual. I don't find this laptop user friendly. It's difficult to navigate around to do simple tasks like connect to Wifi/Network! It's frustrating and I end up using my desktop computer. I went back to Best Buy to ask a couple "how to" questions and they couldn't figure it out!!! Not to mention the battery life is very short!

Bought the laptop as a graduation present for my daughter. She is pleased with it. Very simple to set up and use tight out of the box.

I purchased this laptop for my daughter to have at school. While most students purchased Chromebooks, I wanted her to have something with a hard drive. It is fast, lightweight, starts up quickly and the touch screen feature / tablet is a nice addition when wanted. It was worth the money I spent and am glad I didn't buy the cheaper Chromebooks out there.

my first HP computer and I could not be happy great for school

I love this laptop. It was exactly what I wanted. I wanted something that was touch and could be used as a laptop and tablet. I am extremely happy that I found this. Speakers aren't the greatest, but I guess they get the job done.

I got laptop from best buy and it works super awesome. It's light weight and easy to carry

My son loves his new computer. Says that it is much easier now to play his mine craft games.

Perfect Comp for what I needed it for work perfect I didn't have any problem with it other then I traded it in to get the Red Model..

I purchased this laptop for it's size because my daughter wanted something small to carry to classes. She seems very happy with it.

I wouldn't recommend this product. Mine is currently in the hp repair lab. I purchased it less than one month ago. It was fine but a little slow. A few days ago the screen went completely blank and unresponsive. They couldn't fiagnose or fix it over the phone. I sent it in and hopefully they can fix it. If not, it doesn't even deserve one star!
