Product is awesome if you are looking for a laptop/tablet. I was originally looking for something more laptop like. The pictures on aren't really clear. However it is easy to take when traveling and runs pretty fast.

I have been computer savvy for 30 years, but this little notebook and Windows 8 seems to have been designed to infuriate polite computer users. Computer files mysteriously disappear without a trace; however some end up in the recycle bin without being put there. I flipped a JPEG file by flipping the notebook and it would not flip back by any means. The only way I could get the file off the screen is to turn the computer off and then reboot it. If you want to start uttering incoherent and radical eruptions of strange sounds along with pulling your hair out, then this is the little notebook that will accommodate you. However, if you desire to live in the realm of sanity, you may want to consider other options.

great use as a tablet and laptop...great touch display..really worth the money ....good for travelers..beats audio ...great price

I have found this computer to be easy to navigate, light, and I am very happy with the battery life. The processing speed is fast and it's been great for my college courses, assignments and gaming.

Not a fan of Windows 8 yet. Too many preloaded apps.

I brought this computer back in August and it constantly cuts off of the internet. It frequently goes to being "Limited" and there isn't much you can do besides cutting the internet off and turning it back on constantly. It is a hassle. The laptop also does not have a very extensive battery life which is difficult to deal with being a college student. If I had to do it again I probably would not buy this computer. I love HP and have another type of HP that is great, this one is not all its cracked up to be. It also does not have many apps, but I personally do not mind because I use it more as a laptop than a tablet. In addition to that, the music quality is very poor if you are running more than one program at a time.

Bought for a job, worked ok. Windows 8 is terrible

We bought the laptop as an extra easy access to emails and work related stuff. Since I'm on vacation it was probably used atmost 5 times, when it stopped working. I was very disappointed when the store didn't even attempt to help us out with a return. I can honestly say that I will never shop at Best Buy again.

I was looking for a laptop as a gift for my stepdaughter and found this. She is so amazed and grateful, especially for having the ability to catch all of those special moments of her new baby.

price was good sales staff was unavailable and when i finally got heir attention they were un able to answer questions. i got my questions answered by going to HP website sales staff needs more training and managers who make sure they are doing their jobs

I needed a new laptop for my last one turned out to be a disappointment. This one was very easy to set up and the price was great. Though, I have had it only a short period of time this HP laptop is everything that I wanted and needed in a laptop.

I bought this computer for my 11 year old nephew for his birthday. He loves it.

I purchased this laptop for my 12 year old son and it works great for him.

Had to return the item to HP and replace it because it malfunctioned. I guess I can't really blame Best Buy for that but its frustrating to spend hard earned money on a lemon. HP sent me another product and I am cup and running again.

Grandson is really enjoying it. Needed to have antivirus put on it it was infected within the first day put it on a different antivirus program I had bought for other computers. Didn't seem right that the initial protection wasn't there
