    Computer was great and working just fine until it just kept shutting down. I let it do the update and it shut down. I tried turning it back on and it keeps restarting and restarting and then shuts down. It literally will not go into any programs or turn on to the main screen.

    It is the best configuration available for the price. I checked other poular websies before making the purchase and best buy gave the best deal. Laptop is good for regular use. Its very small almost like a macbook.

    I bought this Laptop on March and by April IT stopped working. Moreover, Bets Buy did not advice me that this product didn't come with a Best Buy warranty. Therefore, I had to contact HP support team in order to find a solution to my problem.
