This laptop stopped working after 15 days even though it was new and was not used much. It just was not turning on and there was no power in Laptop even after charging it. Not sure if its the issue with this model or that particular item.

I was not impressed with this product. it was rather slow and seem to have a lot of issues with loading and compatibility. The touch screen lagged as well.

Great computer, mousepad is very difficult to use. The operating system is not user friendly and challenging to get used to coming out of standard older windows based computers.

Purchased for my granddaughter for school. Perfect size and application for school projects and social media. Sound quality is excellent for music and graphics are ok.

I'm a second year college student. This computer is perfect for its size and speed. It's able to assist me in all my big projects and presentations. Truly satisfied.

This laptop/tablet is very difficult to use. It keeps exiting the Internet. Took us forever to get in to it as it required a password and apparently it had one that we didn't give it. I would love to return it.

I never have to wait long for service. Ty he products have good life time use as well. I buy all my church electronics and personal electronics from best buy.

I originally bought this computer for school use, which was like 5 hours a week. After school, I use it less and it still satisfy for comfort.

I wanted to have an extra laptop at an affordable price!! This is perfect for me. Love the size and dual function!

I reluctantly bought this computer, my last three computers were Apple products. Within a couple of months I started having power issues. I brought my computer to the geek squad and they sent it away. I got it back a couple of weeks later, and it worked for another 6 months or so, and then stopped powering on. My one year warranty had just passed, so I was told I would have to pay for it to get looked at and fixed. At that point I was done with the shotty OS, I accepted my loss, and bought a new MacBook Pro. Now, I couldn't be happier.

Very upset bought 2 laptops and accessories only to have them both crash of coarse just after your 30 day return policy. I am so disgusted my girls couldn't even enjoy their Xmas gifts for even a month.

So glad I got this machine! Had ot for 2 weeks now and like it more every day.

This is ok to use around the home but do not stray too far from electric outlet. Some issues with connection signal at times. Good sound, nice screen.

I bought this for my grand daughter for her to take college with her after high school and she loves it

Computor was a recondition computer, did not work right, no access to internet, took it in , Geek Squad checked and said that it was not working up to par.. Returned it same as last one that did not prerforn to best buy standards.. Bought a third one, was told that the AMD 8 was very good, and performed well, that was not true, it has issues, i had a choice between this one and a tap type, I made a poor choice on advice , cant return it as i am on a 90 day hold for returns due to defiective electronics certified by BB GEEK SQUAD, am not happy with this service

This product suits the casual user/travel very well. Just the right size for my basic computing needs
