A little after a year it crapped out on me after the warranty was up. It was slow, and I had multiple problems with turning on and off. Display kept on going in and out based on if the power was plugged in. Stay away.

i had ti return the laptop as it failed to turn on the second time!

The Intel processor stop working, and the screen keeps freezing.

not light, locks up some times, over all ok for what I got it for.

its an ok product but it keeps shutting off, and the size is great

battery does not hold charge & randomly shuts off!

I received the laptop in the mail and opened it. It was TINY. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a tiny notebook laptop thing that turns into a tablet . I closed the box and drove it to best buy and returned it.

I have had this laptop for a little over a month, and it seems to be freezing too often for being a month old. Other than that, it's an okay laptop.

I hate this thing! I've had it for 2.5 years now but it hasn't been functioning properly for about the last 2 years n haven't really touched it for over a year now

This is the worst laptop I have ever touched, even my old dinosaur was better than this. If you want a good computer get a Mac or windows 7.

The computer was find, but the speakers were horrible. For a computer that is saying it has these great speakers as selling point, that was the worst thing about it. The sound would crack and pop no matter what you were watching or listening to. It sounded like there was a short somewhere. Other than the speakers, I liked the computer. I returned it in less than a week and bought a lenovo yoga. Much better.

I have used this computer for about one month and it has already broken, called hp to get it fixed and was told that I have to pay 169.99 to have someone come out to my house and fix... I would not buy this computer

Great for begining college student. Slightly slower than a full sized laptop.

no a strong pc for school maybe just simple web browsing but the pice isnt worth just webbrowsing

I bought the Pavillion laptop in a 5th Ave. store in NYC in September. When I returned to my country and tried to use it, the scree turned black. I took it to a HP agent in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and I was informed the motheboard was broken!! I am sending the laptop back to USA to my brother's address in Florida and expect the problem to be solved.

The features are great! The HP Customer services was great, unfortunately we had to use it as the hard drive failed 2.5 months into ownership. Within 3 days of the return of the repair, it was shipped back again same reason.

This was the second computer purchased thru Best Buy in the last 3 years ... and the second one that had faults ... in fact, my 2nd purchase is still not working sinece last summer. What are you going to do about it? I would like to believe in Best Buy again, as I have purchased all of my computers per Best Buy. "HP Pavillion dv6 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

I bought this computer for college and its useless.Im never going to be able to use this for school.It doesn't have Microsoft office,PowerPoint, or any other program I need.I did purchase Microsoft office but it will not upload to this computer. Also there is no slot to play a disc.I don't recommended this for school use at all
