We bought this for our daughter to use for school and her robotics team, but it will not connect to WiFi unless you are very close to the router. Even when connected, it is exceptionally slow. A laptop without connectivity is worthless, but zero stars is not an option.

Having issues with power connector or the power cord

bought abd after two weeks the touch screen developed a mind if its own. it was good in the beginning only thing that bothered me was the number of updates it ran even if I didn't want them. the touch screen does its own thing. it open/closes programs deletes things and minimizes the screen and just goes haywire. this thing really sucks but I guess you get what you pay for.

I received this laptop as a Christmas gift. It worked for about 2 months, before the screen turned black when I tried to turn it on. Geek Squad could not fix it, so it is currently being looked at by HP. I missed the Best Buy return date by 18 days. 18. Seriously? I am disappointed not only in the Best Buy return policy but in this brand new laptop that does't even work.

This is probably the worst laptop I ever had. I returned it after a week. Memory lags, constantly locked up. Loading 365 on it and it lost the op sys. Only good as a tablet with a built in keyboard.

I just needed a simple laptop to use in the school system where I work. As soon as I tried to use the CD drive to install the security program I bought the trouble started. The drive did not work but a call to the geek squad fixed that and then they spent four hours updating the computer from Windows 8 to Windows 8.1. All was well until I took it to work. The WiFi password at work is 26 characters long, This computer only allows 24 characters!! A call to the HP help desk confirmed this.So now I have to drag an Ethernet cable around and find an Ethernet connection at every school so its no longer a convenient laptop for work.

I really like this little guy so far - it is taking care of my needs. I do, however, find it's flip-ability to become a tablet to be... fairly useless. So it goes...

Best Buy should take this product off the shelf! After one week, the battery proved to be a problem. After an hour conversation with HP tech support that issue is fixed. Not even a month later the motherboard completely went out! This is by far the worst HP product. Even when it would turn on, it was incredibly slow and programs would freeze. The product is awful. I do not recommend it to anyone. HP just lost a customer with this piece of junk!

Was hesitant to buy until my old laptop died on me. Formerly had a 15.6 inch Asus running Celeron. The 2-in-1 feature of this computer alone made it worth the money, the fact it has Pentium is just a plus, as I mainly use it for school (Junior in college).

The apps would switch at random any time I was using the mouse- don't know if that's operator error or a problem with the actual pc. Also, it was really glitchy and wasn't great for using the internet. Other than that, it was a pretty nice laptop, size wise and screen-quality wise.

I have enjoyed this unit for about 6 months. The only issue I have is the wireless and Bluetooth are hit or miss. My wireless will drop more often than not and the Bluetooth will connect to another BT device and will not connect again. I have a $200 BT speaker connecting by an audio cable

I bought this brand new. Took it home and it would not pick up my wireless signal. I have a Mac, iPhone, iPad, and a Win 7 Netbook and they all pick up my network without any problems. I had to literally put the computer right next to the wireless router for it to pick up a signal. Spoke with HP tech support for 1 hour and it was determined that the "cheap" wireless adapter hardware was faulty. I immediately returned it. Total JUNK!!

Best laptop, I just love it, perfect for everyday work. I don't find any con's. five star rating for quality. looks nice and good configuration.

System has periodically shuts off and the wireless does not startup when the system is taken out of sleep mode.

It worked for couple of weeks , than a keyboard key just broke, I turn it off one day and when I tried to turn it on I just got a black screen , so very disappointed with this machine , unfortunately I can't return it and probably to fix it will cost more money than buy a new windows laptop .

For 4Gb memory and Intel Pentium 2.17GHz (with Turbo Boost up to 2.42GHz) it is very slow. Why Atom or Celeron with 2Gb work better? Try it before you are going to buy.

The HP Pavilion x360 is a great hybrid laptop. Very fast and responsive. Beautiful display and very light. A great laptop for the whole family.
