The notebook overall works for my purposes. I was left hanging when the netbooks were removed from the stores in favor for multipurpose tablets. For the price this is a great machine, not fast, no bells and whistles. I purchased it to have a machine that works, and it performs that task :)

Smooth styling, light weight, easy to use. Touchscreen is nice.

In the military and I travel a lot. This really is great for pretty much anything you need. The perfect size for travel and very versatile.

Our family has enjoyed this computer so far. Overall it is compact, lightweight, has a great battery life, and is pretty kid-friendly.

Works well as a laptop. I have only had it for a few weeks but am pleased so far. It does not work with candy crush since it is not an android operating system but I can still play through the internet. Is not the fastest machine. It is nice and small. Way easier to take through the airport than a regular laptop. I got a great deal as it was on sale. Would buy another for my husband if I found the same price.

It was an out of the box purchase, so i received a good discount. Lacks a cd/dvd drive, so I had to purchase one. It does what I need it to do, but is not very compatible with ATT Uverse, so Internet access is a challenge. I am still getting familiar with Windows 8, and I like the touch screen feature. There are very nice features that i do like quite a bit. Rotating screen for tablet use. On screen typing. Touch screen between desktop or Windows 8 sceen. Built in mic and camera. Still getting acquainted but it is a good purchase.

I initially purchased a 17: Toshiba but once I brought it home, I didn't like it. Too big and too heavy for me. Took it back and got this HP instead. Very small, perfect for me. Does not weigh much. Super speedy. Once I got it home, I downloaded the 8.1. The only thing I didn't like was the app that saves passwords, so I don't use that feature. And the touch pad is very sensitive. Once I got used to it, I love it.

Nice little pc for the price. Can't say anything bad about it. Time will tell but so far we are satisfied with the performance.

Everything else is good for the price but this model has a regular WiFi connectivity issue.. You can Google it and read about other owner's issues. I exchanged it for the Lenovo Yoga which is more expensive but had a Full HD display and great WiFi connectivity.

This is a very stylish compact computer. I bought it for my 11 year old for school. It has a great processor and enough memory to do the job but still runs very slow even though nothing has been downloaded or stored on the drives. The windows program is a bit advanced but I'm sure with a little practice it will be just fine.

So far it's a great laptop...I'm not a fan of Windows 8, but I just got a code to redeem for a free upgrade to windows 10.

Overall very goodpurchase. A bit slow at times, hasn't downloaded windows 10 yet

I like it because it's touch screen and portable enough to to carry in my handbag. The price was also affordable. I would definitely recommend to a friend !
