    It gets very hot within 5 minutes of turning on Return it back to store, this was the second one of same brand The first one got so hot, it fry the mother board. HP need to do better

    I consider the HP products to be an incredibly good and worthy investment because as time goes by, their products really stand out. The service is too very responsive and helpful! If i had to buy a laptop or printer or whatever. I would checkout this brand in the first place!

    I am comparing my old HP laptop but this one is so much faster. The only other problem is software from my old one that won't run in Windows 11. There is a way but it involves running what I think is a Windows 10 substitute which has to be set back to and then forward to 11 again.

    I bought this laptop for my daughter. She is doing her classes online and this has been great! It is the size of a chrome book but it is so much better. She has had it for about a month and she has enjoyed it.

    Could not be happier with this laptop. I'll leave it to others to describe the technical features but suffice it to say I have had no problems whatsoever. It is fast and efficient -- perfect for student, business, and home use.
