Don't buy this product - so incredibly slow

I've had it for several months and it truly makes me pull out my hair. It's so slow and takes forever to open an application or hop onto the internet. I literally sit and count to 10-15 before my screen changes. My husband told me to buy a Dell, but I didn't listen to him. I'm sure sorry I did.

Do not waste your money

Returned to best buys under warranty geek squad stated the warranty ran out the day of the first available appointment they had. Go figure huh? Anyway it was a waste of $329 lasted with minimal use 3 days shy of 1 year
