Good looks, a great screen, and superior audio, this mid-range laptop offers excellent value. While it isn't powerful enough for heavy image or photo editing, as an everyday laptop for everyday people, I highly recommend.

Very easy to use once I got the hang of it good buy

Beautifully laptop, the design and color are great. I got as a replacement for somwthing similar and in another color. I love the fact that i can use as a tablet. I love reading it makes my reading much morw enjoyable. Very fast and the picture is really amazing.

I purchased this laptop as a replacement for the laptop that my daughter has broken. It is a great value and good for this price range. She is enjoying this laptop and is being very careful it’s not to break in this one like she did with the first one.

Features are nice for the asking price. Picture is clear. Freezes up & slows down quit a bit. Especially after upgrading to Windows 11. Microsoft doesn’t have many compatible apps in store. Good laptop for a K-8 student in my opinion.

I really am grateful for the young gentleman helping me. I knew exactly what I wanted with regards to specs and did my research on line (Best Buy). Since the one I wanted was not available, I was guided to the HP that matched my specs more than I needed and am pleased with my purchase.

Purchased Laptop on an Open Box Deal. Needed a Road Laptop and this one fit the bill. I went with Geek Squad Warranty and HP Warranty for backup. Have always used Geek Squad and no problems ever. Excellent Go To Representation.

This HP is the perfect size for my needs. It does everything I need it to. If I will need to expand my needs,It has everything to do so.

It works well for typical web surfing. It doesn’t work well for photo editing, which is what I was hoping for. However, it does work well as a secondary device. It is great as a two in one. The ability to draw on it is fun! The price makes it desirable.

Very slow for the price. I’d recommend spending a bit more for a better processor and RAM. If it’s just for email and web browsing it’s ok.

My daughter loves it. She is a homeschooled student and she is able to run all of her programs on it. She also enjoys the fast speeds for downloading.

Very handy Compatible with external VGA screens and Promethean panels. The touchscreen allows me to have an electronic whiteboard that can be projected when connected with those devices.

I love my laptop! It arrived two days before expected and works very well! I’ve had it a year and haven’t had any issues whatsoever! Very great but!

Can’t say I’m overly happy with my purchase. If you buy a HP product don’t expect customer service. A flyer in the box informs you you have 90 days free technical assistance. Sounds perfect but no phone number is given and trying to find a working number on the internet is futile. The computer continues to do what it was programmed to do and I have yet to find the key to adapting this computer to what I want. It was a good price and attractive if you’re more computer savvy than me you might be OK with this purchase

Small but powerful. Meets all my needs. Bought this to run a virtual DJ program for karaoke nights. Perhaps I should have purchase a larger screen, but this id fast and does the job.

I needed a small system to verify Windows 11 before upgrading my multiple machines. This turned out to be a rather nice low end system. I just wish it came with more than 128gb storage.

I like it a lot. The screen is sort of small, but that is my fault. Getting it going was pretty easy. I find all of this stuff easier because I only deal with Best Buy. I am more relaxed because I have total tech support

Perfectly capable computer for simple browsing and YouTube. My only issue is that the keyboard feels a little cramped. Also didn't have that stupid Windows S mode so that is an automatic positive.
