I have to say a laptop I bought from 2014 is outperforming this laptop in almost everyway. I bought this laptop because I needed another small laptop and because it was on clearance. This laptop is slow and stutters, the touchscreen does not want to work sometimes, and the sound is horrible. I literally have to crank the volume to 100% to just hear something properly. If it wasn't at just a low price I would have returned it

awesome little laptop feels very sturdy i would have kept it but it did not have enough ports for me to use for my business registers but would have kept it if i could

Overall I am very pleased with the performance of this laptop. Normally I would have purchased a laptop with a larger screen. But at the price I got it for, I couldn't resist, a minor sacrifice.

A tremendous purchase at a very timely time. It is what I'd call the best bang for the buck. It is a well designed learning tool for all school age children.

College student likes the laptop and is very pleased with the speed over the chrome book that is limited to getting test and class work done.

Always buy HP. Have for years. Love this small laptop because its very light so perfect for doing inventory. 5 stars for being a quality laptop but 1 star for price.
