My son computer was set up last week and was about to be used by him for the first time today 11/9, because he is at home. Any key that I keyed in does not moved the screen. No signal, nothing. I contactes Bst Buy but it seemes as though their representatives are cutting of my calls when i mentioned, i need the item returned. It was purchased 9/8. I just brand new coming out of the box last week.

Low end 2 in 1 for todays tasks

If you want a 2 in 1 at a cheaper price point and don't need it to do much more than email and surf the internet, then it's ok. CPU bogs down pretty easily if asking it to do anything hard or multitask, and the ram is maxed at 4gb due to being soldered to the motherboard. It is small and fairly portable.

I actually picked it up from the store and three weeks later called to find out what could be done to help me and was informed Best Buy could do nothing and I had to contact Apple. Very disappointing.

Battery does not last that long you have to keep charging.
