Decent laptop for daily use not thay much high configuration.

I got a good deal, and Its worth to buy in this season

I've owned it a year and a half with very little use. Always worked good but the hinge just broke and the screen popped out in the corner and cracked

After two years the screen just fell apart. We have never seen a computer do this before.

This is a horrible laptop. The hinges malfunction and crack the screen. The first time it happened, we had to fight to get them to repair it. We had had the laptop for only a few months. The second time, they would not repair it. I have since seen many people having the same issue.

Bought 2 of these for kids Xmas 2018, by June 2020 both screens had been cracked. Plastic piece failed that holds hinges to casing. When the laptop was opened the metal hinges impacted the screen and cracked it. These happened about 2 weeks apart.

Just got the computer and nothing works I can’t type anything into the computer it won’t read anything it is the worst piece of crap I’ve ever spent money on

Set it up and the screen turned black. Had to restart it. Every time I open a app or go to a website it closes instantly. Don’t waste your money

Bought this as a Christmas present to replace spouses old Dell XPS. Went ahead and did the initial setup and updates so it would be good to go on Christmas Day. This process took about an hour or so and the laptop performed well. For the sale price of 399.99 this is a great computer, I liked the build quality of the laptop the most. It does a convincing job of projecting the image of an up market computer, with thin profile, ridged chassis, and unique design elements. The specs aren’t the best, but they are more than most users will ever need. The screen resolution is not great, our 6 year old XPS still has a better picture quality, but that was a 1500$ computer. Overall only complaint is WiFi drops off randomly, while other PCs don’t experience this issue.

Good basic laptop when purchased at the Black Friday price. At regular price, it's not a good deal. It's surprisingly fast (my other machines are SSD, but this one is even faster). The only disappointments for me is that the screen is only 768 lines and the lack of real-buttons on the trackpad. The screen is not a big deal for my wife's primary usage (basic browsing, documents, etc)... so it's fine. Not having mechanical buttons means you can't both-click to generate a middle-click (we use this often for opening links in new tabs). Machine is very light, fast, and a great price. 8GB RAM and SSD makes for a good spec overall. We don't mind that it's missing an optical drive, but be aware of this if you are buying!

Had issues with the screen popping out when opening and closing the laptop.

The hinges of the laptop are not aligned due to which the screen comes off.

Hate it . Screen came right out of it do to the ipad feature.

For the Black Friday price of $400 I really don’t think you can get much better. It does eveything it needs to do. Or course it has its quirks and freezes or has weird spasms sometimes but it’s rare. It can run flash games and low necessity games like Minecraft and sims 4. The pen is actually a lot better than I was expecting. Having come from using an iPad and Apple Pencil I expected a lot of lag with the pen but it is actually very quick, though it doesn’t have the same functions, it does what it needs to do. I recommend purchasing a mouse with the laptop as the trackpad is a little iffy and feels a little off to use, especially for the right click. But other than that it’s a great, sturdy, laptop

I bought this on black friday and so far I'd say it is pretty good. I like the touch screen, the pen, and how it can be transferred to tablet mode. It will be nice to have a notebook built into my laptop. The only minor red flag is my cooling fan will become real loud right when I turn it on but then it usually quiets down after about 5min.. Perfect size for a backpack and not heavy at all! It will do the trick for college and I am pleased at the value overall.

This has exceeded my expectations. Tablet mode is convenient and easy, windows 10 is a snap and the pen works great. The battery isn't perfect and it's not 108o screen resolution, but it does have SD memory card slot. Overall, it's what I hoped for.
