Excellent HP Laptop

Easy to set up, perfect size, fast, priced right, great design & very well made. I'm so happy with it that my Daughter bought the same Laptop today.

Sound quit at 4 months
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Yes, I no longer have sound after only 4 months, with or without headphones. ,...a laptop with no sound? What?! I mean come on HP!! The wifi also drops a LOT, just like other ppl said. Buy something else.

Just stopped working
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After 1 1/2 years of gentle use I was watching Netflix on my pavilion laptop and it just suddenly shut down. I called HP for help and they couldn’t offer any. I took it to a local repair shop and they couldn’t find any obvious problems and recommended just buying a new computer because replacing random components inside would end up costing more than the computer was worth. Never buying this brand again.
