Great laptop

It runs all the programs she needs, which is just creating documents, browsing internet, and watching movies. Never had a problem with this computer and definitely would purchase again. The purchase date on this review indicates we bought it in August 2020 but that is incorrect, we bought it in March 2019

In love with my laptop

It is phenomenal. Switches to tablet form easily without messing with what your in the middle of working on. I am very proud of myself for this purchase lol. All my research paid off. My only wish for laptops in general would be a manual. How hard is it to include a manual for one of the more complicated devices one will own.
