It's got more than enough horsepower than my mother in law needs for running Office, web browsing, and streaming services. Nice responsive touchpad. It boots up in like 20 seconds. It was a bit expensive being what it is, however it's a perfect fit for its owner.

It is not a super fast laptop but an all rounder. It does everything well and doesn't slow down. Good multitasking ability. It does video editing on good speed. Definitely not for gaming but good for office applications and great for students.

I wish someone had spent more time explaining how to work this computer. I'm learning things by experimentation on how to get the most out of it. The keyboard is smaller that I'm used to and it is taking some practice to get used to not making typing errors or hitting something that I don't want to hit.

Great PC... the only thing I wish it didn't have was the power button on the left side. I hit it all the time accidently when trying to pick up the computer. I also wish it had a backlite keyboard, but overall; great buy.

Great laptop! Very much like my former one, only faster, so no difficulty in making the transition. The clerk and the Geek Squad were VERY helpful in helping me select and understand how to use it. I was pleased that they also told me about the payment plan.

This laptop has some really nice features and the set up was super easy to do! It has different ports like they promised. Even though I got the open boxed version, it still came in excellent condition! I really do love this laptop! Would highly recommend it!

I absolutely love my new laptop. I’m usually a pro Apple user but I just wanted to get something for my pics and I think this computer is actually growing onto me. May consider buying a better windows laptop instead of replacing my 2012 MacBook Pro!

I purchased this product for my younger child who is very close to entering high school. The product has great color, sound and features. I also added the Microsoft office products which are a necessity for school. He's extremely pleased as well as I.

This machine is the way to go for the money. I did quite a lot of research on similarly priced laptops, and these specs are about the best for the money. I’ve been using it for (light) business work and fun for weeks now without a single problem.

This 2-in-1 is a solid laptop especially if you are starting college and are taking regular core classes. start up is fast. battery life is decent camera isn't that good. S mode limits what you can run on the laptop. switch out so you can use chrome or other apps.

It looks really nice. & the fact it turns into a tablet is helpful. BUT it's slow running with multiple windows open even though I was told it would run pretty fast with more than one window open. And it has trouble uploading webpage sometimes. Not often. I'd suggest it overall.

I purchased this open box item. It does everything as advertised but , even with the pc shut off th battery keeps loosening power.I have to keep it plugged in at all times. Gonna bring to the Geek Sqaud. The battery issue is probably why it was brought back to begin with.

I love this computer. The speakers could be louder but other than that it is great. Easy to use and the touch screen comes in handy. When on hlthe internet it is fast and doesn't freeze up.

IT's a little sensitive to touch, but I'm getting used to it. And, if I weren't so lazy, it's probably easy to adjust in the controls. In general, I love the touch screen and the ability to flip my screen upside down when showing something to others in the family.

Works well, but we do miss the lighted keyboard. We have had no issues. We replaced an HP, so everything is we are used to it being. Easy to set up and get going out of the box. Windows 10 makes it very easy upgrade or replace.

The product is lightweight and meets the basics for what I need. The photo transfer function was not easy and I ultimately decided to download Google Photos. I wanted to maintain a copy on my hard drive as well.

My daughter loves her new laptop! She uses it to do homework, play games and listen to music. I really like the fact that it can turn into a tablet as well by flipping the screen. It was a great purchase for her birthday.
