This is a great laptop. I’ve been using it mainly for work and using the internet. It’s the perfect size for traveling, and it’s very light. The only reason I gave it 4 stars out of 5 is that I’ve noticed it has slowed down a little after downloading some programs.

I bought this laptop for my niece as a graduation present to use at college. The only thing she noticed was that the battery does not last all day, so now she changed the brightness and other features.

The battery is terrible. If you're looking for a laptop with a long lasting battery, this is not for you. It won't last 8 hours. I bought it because I needed one for my school work since I was looking for a cheap laptop, but it works fine.

Havent really used it alot since purchased however; when using thus far; it has been easy to use all the features. Had some issuees with down loading the security software i purchase when i purchased the lap top but, will go back and try to down load again.

This laptop was fast and easy to start up. We use it for surfing the Internet, emails, and general use. Operates fast and so far we are very satisfied with our purchase.

This is my second HP laptop which I purchase for close friend. I have been highly recommended friends to purchase HP products, especially at Best Buy because prices are guaranteed as always.

I loved this laptop. It worked so well with my school work and downloads for my school assignments. Just before not to crack the screen. The screen on my laptop cracked for some unknown reason, but it worked great.

We bought this and was underwhelmed with how it performed. Granted it was on sale and not a $1000 laptop. The features we're great but nothing I needed at the moment. I'm waiting for cyber monday deals to pop up before I purchase a decent priced laptop.

I haven’t had a laptop for years!!! As in I had an old HP that still had the DVD player and always over heated lol. I can’t stay awake from HP so this is the 2nd one I have owned and I love it! No complaints thus far.

Just the right size and easy to use and quick to set up. Loaded with lots of software. Cortana is very helpful. The audio and video are superior. Very easy to add a printer. It has everything you need in a computer.

It would be nice if it came with a program for composing documents. Just something simple like Notepad so you did not need to purchase Office which is more involved. Up to now, other than that I have no complaints.

Love this laptop. I'm a Macbook Pro guy. But I got this for my wife, and I can't lie. I use this from time to time. SSD is fast, easy to use. Nice Windows change up!

Im glad I made the decision to buy this little guy. Great laptop and very versatile. Out of the box it is a breeze to setup and personalize. Perfect for high schoolers or college students! Will highly recommend!

This year my son is college student. I gave him HP - Pavilion x360 2-in-1 14" Touch-Screen Laptop - Intel Core i3 - 8GB Memory - 128GB Solid State Drive. Very good quality. Good decision brought for him present.

Bought it for my senior year, so far so great. The keyboard is spaced nicely and its easy to type. I already see some of the coloring? fading away like my letter "A" but this is probably due to me typing a lot.

Needed something light and compact, thought about a notebook but it's nice having office program without needing to be connected to the internet. Works great with tuning my car also! Battery life is long also

All around, solid laptop. I enjoy it's capability to switch between a laptop & tablet. One thing that could be improved is the keyboard, I prefer the letters on the keyboard to light up. It would be helpful especially when typing late at night.

This is a great computer at a great price. Ready to use right out of the box with very little setup. The computer itself will take you through most of the setup processes. I love the solid state hard drive.

This is great, feels sturdy enough for our on the Road employee. We rambled a turn off the windows 10S in order to load all of our programs normally so don't be intimidated by that feature it has an off switch..

this hp-pavilion is very easy to work on. the only regret with it is that the key board does not light up. it's almost impossible to work on in dark room.
