Unfortunately, my prior laptop was a Dell product and I was not happy with the warranty information. That laptop was hacked into and I lost my hard drive. I'm very happy with my new HP Pavilion X360 laptop.

So far so good. I like the detachable notebook feature, as well as the amount of memory. The best buy representative was great at helping me with questions. Second laptop I've gotten at best buy, will definitely buy a third when the time comes.

This laptop was bought for work at college and although it is small on size, it is quite fast to boot up and did not come with an enormous amount of bloatware. The screen is a bit small but the size is stated and it is a touchscreen.

Purchased this a s a gift for my grandson who was leaving for college. Perfect size and price for his needs. I have heard no complaints from him, so I am assuming he is satisfied with the purchase.

Overall, I like the device but it does not hold a charge for long. I also purchased antivirus software through Best Buy but the software on the computer repeatedly pops up while the device is on in spite of me having uninstalled it. I remember when the geek squad would set up the device for one once purchased and you could take it home all ready to go. Now, you take it home still in the box and have to spend time listening to set-up instructions and hoping you are doing things correctly. Change in times I guess....

Great small laptop that works great! Boots up super fast and just works! Love the ability to fold it and use it like a tablet when I don't feel like holding a laptop!

I wanted a laptop for studying and internet access. This laptop had everything I wanted: it runs very smoothly, the internet connection is fire, battery life is long, and enough storage space.

This is a great laptop for anyone. It has fast start up times with the solid state drive, although I wish it was more than 128GB. The touchscreen is very responsive and it seems very well built.

Purchased this for my daughter for college. She was able to walk out with it and set it up with ease. So far no problems and handles all the applications she requires.

I was very pleased with the pricing from Best Buy for my HP laptop. The set up was very easy. I also took the extended warranty and geek squad warranty. I would recommend their HP laptop as well as the services from Best Buy

My wife's old computer was starting to malfunction so we bought this one on sale. It is much lighter and powerful than her old one. We will definitely be buying HP products from now on.

I purchased this product for my son for college. He takes online courses. He says it works pretty well for what he needs it for. I recommend it anyone that needs it to check email, type papers, and go on social media.

Purchased laptop for a teenager. Laptop has a quick processor and the Windows platform is user friendly. The touch-screen and tablet option along with its sleek design are also great.

The mouse pad did not work, even after trying all of the trouble shooting techniques. Best Buy did replace the unit quickly. My new computer is now working great.

not very user friendly. still working on trying to get the email to work better. really didn't have a choice since windows 8 wasn't going to be supported. the tool bar works well but I really wish I had my old 8.

Works well. It has been a little difficult to get connected to mobile hotspot, and it does not stay connected. After being paused for a couple of minutes, the connect to hotspot has to be started all over again.

Nice piece of hardware, screen looks very good if you like to watch a movie or a game on it, speed is fine, what I did not like is I feel its too heavy to carry around

Have owned by new HP laptop for about a month now. I knew I would like it because I had one almost just like it that had just become too old to be efficient. So I'm very satisfied.

Absolutely zero problems. I plugged it in and went to work right away. It has been a very long time since I felt the love for a computer. I guard mine like a baby! Thanks HP!!!!!
