This laptop is just what I needed. It has enough memory and is easy to use. I use my desktop for the most part but this works well when I need to use a computer away from home.

Hp and Microsoft has full control on windows. That irritates me. You have to Bang your head to unlock its features so that you can install programs you like. Otherwise Computer is great. The hardware is solid.

Purchased as a requirement for my daughter to have for high school. She likes that it can be used as a tablet as well as a laptop. Perfect size. Not too big; not too small

Good laptop but multiple display option doesn't detect my second monitor. It doesnt have an external video port to use with a second monitor. Type c port doesn't support the video.

The display is amazing. I love the edge to edge. The 2 in 1 feature is always a blast to use. It runs games even nicer than I thought it would even with an i3 processor.

My daughter picked this computer for college. It has all the functions she needs and she especially likes the touch screen.

Two reason I dislike this computer: (1) It try to make me use Microsoft Edge Browser (2) The HP Support Assistance stop working in the S mode. When I search for the software in the store, I could not locate the software. I was going to remove the non-working "HP Support Assistance" and download a new one with the help of a HP Tech support technician. It's important to have this feature because that's the front to get your updates from HP - -Per HP Tech Support person.

2 in 1 laptop/ touchscreen tablet. Just what we were looking for at decent price. Not much memory, so bought external hard drive for backup storage.

Not my fave computer. HP is not my fave company for computers. I bought it due to price and something to have that is small to carry on vacation instead of lugging my bigger computer around. That way I could load each days photos onto this computer and have "backup" if needed as well as have internet (not just my phone) to look around for things to do, directions, etc. It's done what it is is supposed to do but it doesn't have enough memory in my opinion and it is slow!

I was at the Best Buy in Davie, I spoke to the sales person and asked me what my needs are for the computer. I did and told me this computer is best for my needs.

Was very apprehensive about purchasing this laptop but I am very pleased with it and glad the salesman suggested this one instead of the one that I was looking at.

I wanted a small laptop for every day 9and I found this one on Bestbuy. Very efficient and effective. Downloaded Microsoft office and I was good to go. I love it

Just what my son needed. Better type of hard drive than other computers he's had. He's a little rough on them and he hasn't had to service this at all.

So far the laptop has done what I have needed. It works very smoothly. I recommend it to anyone who isn’t looking for much but looking for video compatabililty.

I like that switching from laptop mode to tablet is simple, all you do is turn the computer on the hinge. It's a great size for a laptop, but using it as a tablet it's a little big to maneuver.

I bought this laptop for my son who is entering high school. Navigating through the system is simple and the set up of the programs are also simple. Great choice!

Awesome deal on a great laptop! My mom only needs it for pretty much basic uses and streaming but so far it works great and we got a sweet deal from Best Buy!

It works great. Since the time l bought it had one technical problem and it was fixed immediately since then it has been working perfectly.

It’s fine but there are no office programs for business. This computer is adequate as a personal PC., but not well suited for business operations. The salesperson suggested otherwise.
