Initially I had issues with the caps button glitching (typing in all caps even after I've switched it back off). Now it works fine. Simply love it

This laptop was user friendly; however, the keys that were used most often faded after only a month of use. I tried contacting HP customer service and had to call several numbers before I was able to reach a representative. The solution was that HP and Best Buy offered to replace the keyboard with no guarantee that the problem wouldn't reoccur. Best Buy did give me a store credit and I used that to purchase a MacBook.

great laptop, great size and weight, easy to use with sufficient speed. only thing I may miss is cd rom reader/writer. would recommend to others.

I’ve had this for about 4 weeks. No issues so far. Easy set up. I’m only using for basic tasks. Good sale price. 4 stars because it’s really heavy and no keyboard backlight

This laptop was purchased for my 13 year old for her birthday. Currently used for gaming, but will be used more for school soon. Great tool!!!

This was bought for our schooling. It’s still going strong. Loses battery life quickly but only need it during school hours.

there are a few things relating the computer that it doesn't bring, like one of the thing is the finger-reader... it doesn't have that. But overall is a very good compute.

This is a nice and decent laptop in the price. If you only want to use it for light work, then it is the best. Not suitable for heavy work.

For working with office and browsing it’s a good laptop. Don’t expect high performance though but it’s fast for basic tasks.

This laptop is so versatile and easily converts from laptop to tablet. I prefer to use it as a tablet, but having the keyboard option is nice
