This computer is perfect for my needs. This laptop responds quickly; no issues connecting to the internet. I prefer it over my work laptop.

Great computer to work with it was a gift for my sol and she loves it.. she has started to use it for school projects and she is loving it.

I wanted a computer for internet and excel. This works great for those two function. It was very easy to set up. Since I'm no computer wizard, that was a nice bonus.

Fan broke within 7 months , got it repaired under warranty, another 6 months and computer died completely, wont even turn on, very minimal use at home. Best buy and HP both say I am out of luck since my warranty expired 2 months ago. They should not be selling products which barely last for a year.

This unit works perfect for our needs. I wouldn’t use it as a gaming computer but for everyday use and for online selling, it’s perfect.

This laptop is very limiting on what I can do. I explained to the salesperson of what I was needing for my job and I feel somewhat mislead by what I was offered.
