Ok, don't get me wrong I love the computer, but the battery is terrible. I now have to keep it plugged in 24-7 which means I cant take it places... yay. Like I said good computer bad battery.

Last year I bought this computer and I was excited. I'm a loyal HP and Best Buy customer who was bamboozled. This computer only lasted one year before losing power and never coming back on. This computer is a waste of money, take your money elsewhere. I went to chat with the Geek Squad about my computer and THEY showed no interest in fixing it. I waited online for 30 minutes for them to tell me there was nothing they can do. DO NOT BUY THIS COMPUTER!!!!!!!!

Im not liking the HP. The charging cord never stays in and it doesn't hold a long charge. Plus even with security it seems to have a lot of issues. I won't buy HP again.

So disappointed with this laptop. Touch screen on daughters original HP Pavilion x360 laptop stopped working after it was dropped. Since she had finals coming up, purchased this "x360" on-sale in a pinch. Tried to match the specs on her original as best I could (processor, memory, screen size, etc...). Apparently though, there are multiple models of the "Pavilion x360". The "active" HP Pen stylus she has for her original laptop (and uses to take notes) does not work on this laptop!! After spending quite some time trying to get it to work and researching it, HP support finally said that only a "passive" stylus will work on this model (the passive stylus are the ones that look like a pen, but have a little plastic disk on the writing tip). Pros: It seems fast. Cons: 1) It comes in Windows "S Mode" so you have to take it (permanently) out of S Mode if you plan to install non-Microsoft programs. 2)The keyboard seems cramped 3) Some of the keys are half size and the spacing between keys seems off - frequently have to stop typing to look at the keyboard. 4)Touchpad push clicks are VERY loud - makes the laptop sound "cheap". 5) Cursor moves to a different position for no reason. While typing this, I've had the laptop highlight and delete large portions of sentences and have had to retype them multiple times. Or, the cursor just moves to a different location and I find myself typing in the middle of a different sentence (Seems to happen when I put my hands on the laptop to start typing again so tried adjusting the touchpad sensitivity but it's still occurring). Overall, an exercise in frustration - going back to the store, and, taking the active Pen along to try to locate a new one that's compatible with it.

It's an okay product. It serves as a quick view at emails etc., however the battery is very limited. I would recommend purchasing as longer life batter computer.

The computer blocks EVERYTHING from downloading. Preventing you from adding software that you need without having to take it in and set up completely different. I’m not happy with this thing.

Not quite worth all the hype -- the laptop performs well overall, but is lagging on the mouse pad and touch screen.

This computer struggled editing pictures and audio into a video but works good for streaming and general use.

Not the best computer we have had but it’s ok when I have to get on it for emergencies. I prefer my last one that crashed.

Bought this laptop to replace an older Windows 7 laptop. Not a fan of Windows 10.

Wasn’t as good as I thought it would be so I returned and opted for the MS Surface Pro

I ended up selling this laptop. The features compared to a mac were much diff rent.

Was too small for me and no number pad to the right Returned for bigger screen with number pad.

I finally settled on this HP 14' laptop. I'm still not sure how I'm feeling about it.

Again it's ok. I'm a beginner w computers so I dont have that much input at this time.

This was a gift so I don’t know if it’s any good or not since I haven’t used it.

I don't like its performance, so i wouldn't recomend it

I like this computer but the tablet mode is not the greatest

Had issues and would not stand behind the product I was sold. Was forced to purchase the geek squad package which negated my purchase of the virus scan previously purchased and could not get a refund. Very disappointed.

Good quality product that I purchase. I will take 2 more
