It’s a nice computer but it’s missing a feature I really enjoyed from my old computer. It does not have the keyboard backlight feature that’s good for evening computer usage. Unfortunately I will be returning the computer to see if I can find something with that feature.

This computer worked perfectly for my daughter at college. We used it when she had to come home during Covid-19 and all was good. Then 2 days after one year warranty expired the computer started acting up. When my daughter would watch Netflix it made the most horrendous screeching noise and a black screen started flashing until it was flashing every few minutes while my daughter tried to use it. The final straw was when she would try to go to any site the black screen would flash and the whole computer would shut down. We paid $200 extra for Geek Squad and they stated they couldn't fix it! Almost $800 down the drain!!! Plus we have to buy her another computer!!!!

I was so excited when i bought the computer, as it had a lot of cool features, but every time i turned it on it seemed as though something new was wrong with it. First, the screen rotation stopped working. Then the audio stopped working. I had to fix that myself. Finally, the keyboard and touchpad stopped working. I spent about three hours with a support assistant and we thought we had fixed the computer, but the next time I tried turning it on it wouldn’t work at all. I am on the brink of losing my homework deadline because of this computer. Very disappointed.

Too small, light weight, over priced. Touch screen doesn't work well. Goes completely off the screen at times, then starts over. $300. Is about what it's worth

The price was cheap so didn’t think it’ll last 4 years of college, but what’s more surprising is it only lasted one school year.

I got one which came with a "Geek Squad Certified" sticker. However, the laptop was defective. The "n" key could not be pressed. But at some time, it would automatically hold down the "n" key and I would be seeing a long list of the character "n" in my browser. The mouse pad was not very receptive. You would have to make multiple attempts to actually move the mouse pointer.

When setting it up somehow it grabbed info from another one of my computers and set up Google with the wrong info. We couldn't delete without deleting the settings from ALL of my systems. The guy at Geek Squad was worthless and we wound up returning the computer and getting our money back.

This computer surprised me, works as good as some of the newer hp computers, the only reason I give this 4/5 stars is because you need to upgrade the ram and the LCD display is kind of bad compared to other computers in this price range

    Good laptop for the money

I bought this computer for two reasons: To get good volume from top mounted speakers, and it had adequate memory for my needs. I have one super big problem with the design for the power button. What a pain in the a**. The button is located on the left side where a person normally holds a laptop. It's very easy to move the position of the computer on your lap and shut down everything. I've lost a lot of info with accidental shut downs. Frustrating problem.
