Love this HP Laptop
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very nice HP Laptop. I was able to install all my CD-ROM programs (Office, Acrobat) and upload all my other stuff with no problems. Very fast and stable. Exceeds expectations.

I spent hours calibrating to no avail, finally took it in to GeekSquad who basically told me it's the limitations of the computer itself. Which seems ridiculous since my 3 year old $200 HP machine has MUCH better picture. I'll be taking it back.

Screen popped out

The laptop has never been dropped. When she tried to pop it back in, the screen cracked. Called HP and got a quote of $500 to replace the screen on the laptop. It's cheaper to replace the entire laptop. Consider buying a different model.

I called support so many time that they won't takl to me anymore even though I paid for two years of support. I bought this after reading the reviews but they don't amount to to much. Even though it is a year old it will be going in garbage. $400.00 dollars wasted.
