Our college student daughter loves this, but the fan is making a sound and needs repair. It's still under warranty, but with the Shelter in Place in our area, we were told it can't be fixed by their consultants right now. Hoping this can be fixed soon!

My previous laptop the screen went out after having it for 4 years. It was cheaper to just replace. I love the speed of my new laptop, the ease of transferring all my info to the new laptop. I am 150% satisfied with my decision.

Good speed. Memory fills quickly with pics- video- & with music. Wanted to add memory,but it’s sealed with no access & it’s a solid state hard drive-so the best thing is to get a external hard drive. No DVD player-so had to buy separately. Using mouse a bit touchy-feely difficult, so the touchscreen helps. Good computer for the price, just keep in mind memory and needs for dvd.

This laptop is the preferred size, and has a quality processor, solid-state memory, reasonable performance, and nice features and feel. It is a brand name recognized by the senior user. We’re happy to have received this at a very reasonable price point

This was a back up laptop purchase for my daughter who is not the most careful when it comes to her laptops. So this is a great unit for her to be able to do everything she needs for school if her primary laptop goes down. Good speed, battery and construction.

Mainly needed for work related items. Fits my needs perfectly after adding MS Office. Do a lot of traveling so it’s easy to pack in my suitcase on overnight stays & I can keep up with entering information for work.

The size of the Pavilion is great for commuting and is easy to navigate as well as much faster than my old Pavilion! Have not ever had a touch screen but am enjoying it when using quickly to see or check status.

I've had this HP laptop for about a month now and I love it. It was very easy to set up and to connect to my printer. It seems to work really fast not like my old laptop that took forever to load anything.

Replaced older slow computer, This one is faster, easy to use, staff helped us pick out what we needed and transfered all our saved files from our old computer. Same programs as old computer, so easy to adapt.

Great price. I believe it will suit all my needs, but I have a lot to learn. No tech help was available for at leastv4 days after my purchase and I haven't been back since. No tome. I still have a program to load and help needed.

I got this laptop to replace a Lenovo Thinkpad Laptop. This HP is so much better and faster. I love that it has touch and scroll by touch features. Not a budget buster. Would definitely recommend.

I purchased this laptop for school, and it has been very good for the price. I haven't encountered any hiccups running the programs you typically would use for school. My only complaint is the battery life could be a bit better.

This is a great computer for everyday to-do's such as checking email, social media, writing papers, playing games, etc. You can fold the screen back and use it as a tablet. The only drawback is that is does not have an ethernet port.

I love my lap top. I miss my desk top and will purchase a new one maybe for Christmas. I have to save up. The service was outstand and every one from salesman to geek squard was outstanding.

If you need a flexible laptop for email, surfing, watching youtube and netflix this little laptop does a great job. Runs office like a dream. If you need to run the latest and greatest game or edit 4k video keep looking. But a great little laptop for most users.

When i have had a little more time to play with this laptop i will update this review. For now great price for a touch screen 2 in 1 laptop. Seems durable. Primarily will be used for schoolwork and maybe minor presentations..

This laptop works perfectly for our purpose. Its the computer my wife uses in her she shed. She can handle what business or purchase she wishes and the touch screen is very nice for her.
