Very good laptop for the price. Portable & easy to carry in holder. Would strongly recommend. The size of the screen is perfect- Not too small or too large!

We use it for home care and it is very user friendly and well worth the money. We have bought 4 of them so far and plan on buying more. Highly recommend.

I am happy with the touchscreen and tthe 360 degree top. It doesn’t have much hard drive, but it’s enough for me. I wish the keyboard was lit. It’s a good computer for the price.

This laptop is amazing! It has many good features such as being touch screen and being put into tablet form. I haven't had any problems with it.

Would NOT recommend purchasing this computer! 2 months after the 1-year warranty expired, the computer's motherboard failed. I contacted HP support to explore my options. I spoke to approximately 5 different representatives, who were unhelpful. I am extremely disappointed in their customer service. I was told the price to replace the part would cost almost as much as the computer itself, brand new. There were no exceptions offered or any discount to assist with resolving the issue despite being only 2 months out of warranty. It is unfortunate that HP would only stand behind their products for 1-year. As a customer, that makes me question the quality of their products. I will NOT purchase ANY other HP products moving forward. Additionally, the HP representative refused to allow me to speak with a manager or supervisor after I requested several times. On a side note- Geek squad was EXTREMELY helpful in aiding me to diagnose the issue and provide assistance even when I did not have an appointment.

I got them for my kids and they love it. Study, games and use it as an iPad as well. Worth the money.
