I needed to get a laptop for my new employee. We mainly need this machine while on the road working from out truck. So we needed a solid state drive that will handle the abuse working out of your truck may endure. This has enough space and memory plus the quick start up is always an awesome feeling! If you’re looking for a gaming machine this isn’t it. But if you want a machine make money, this is it. If the hard drive space is not enough for you, the SD card slot allows the entire SD card to be inserted 24/7 so you can save files to that.

No problems so far. Only had it for a couple of weeks. Wish it was a little thinner but it still small enough to put in a school bag. Keep in mind I only use it for school stuff so I am not pushing the computer to its limits.

I was pleasantly surprised with all the features that make school so much easier! I love the tablet feature and also bought a pen to go with it. The computer was a great price, I would definitely recommend this computer to anyone in the market for a reliable computer/tablet.

It was a sad day when my last laptop clicked its last click. But a new “window” opened and a new little lap top! Great size for me as well as affordable, updated and quick start up. Perfect for my simple needs ......

I bought this laptop in order to work from home during the COVID-19 crisis. I didn’t need anything too fancy - just needed a reliable computer to access my company’s VDI in order to connect to my work’s platform via the Citrix Workstation app... and also to stream Netflix before bed. It works fine and the setup was very easy. My hesitation to only give this four stars instead of five is because, in my experience, the battery only lasts about 2.5 to 3 hours. Also the laptop is a tad bit on the heavier/bulkier side, so not the most travel friendly. As an added note, this laptop comes installed with Windows 10 in S Mode. Based on my limited research you can one-way convert to regular Windows 10 Home, but I didn’t need to do so.

This has been a charming laptop it’s fast and is able to handle multitasking windows. I’ve only been using this for work and it’s doing me what I bought it to do so I’m very satisfied still kicking a year later

This computer has all the technology I was that far, all the features, touchstone screen ,voice activated, finger print sign on. However my computer fell from a height of 10 feet I was destroyed. I hope I can get another one ASAP.

Bought this for my daughter's birthday/high school graduation gift and she just loves the ability to use it as a laptop and a tablet. She likes the size too!! She will get lots of use out of it this coming fall.

The speed and the connivence for everyday bills, internet and budgets is great. It gets pretty hot but as long as you are not on it for extended periods of time, it’s ok. The screen is nice and the full motion to turn into a tablet is a plus. Over all a good buy.

This computer does everything I need it to do. I using Microsoft Word and Excel a lot. No problems there. I also watch some tv shows without any problems. I do not have any speed problems. Glad I bought this one.

I love everything about this laptop, but next time I’d go with a bigger hard drive as I’m a photographer and essentially maxed out the hard drive with 1 wedding shoot..

Purchased for my 12 yr old budding artist. It was a good option over the more expensive but similar models. I use it alot as well and I Love the keyboard. It is smooth and responsive, I only wish it had a number key pad to the side but that would make it much less compact. It is a great weight and it has a nice screen. We purchased a pen for drawing as well. And my child has been using it quite alot without a lot of issues. Battery life seems to be very good as well - though we have only had it a few weeks now, so we haven't gotten into it full force. I think it will work out fabulously for us though.

Bought this laptop for an employee to work from home. She loves the versatility, but needed to add a keyboard to make data entry more feasible. But, that would be true on any laptop without a number pad. She likes the ability to use the touch screen as well

This laptop is amazing, so many add-ons and incredible software included. It’s only been four years since I bought my last laptop but the advancement in the technology is just mind blowing. I love my first touch screen.

I never was great. I usually at home for regular home use and I can't ask for more. It's great, like I said. There's not one thing. I don't like. The touchscreen being two in one Is a bonus. I love that too. =)

I wanted a small compact laptop to be able to use at my desk as well as be portable for traveling! This fits the bill perfectly! I have several rental properties and I can keep my records at my fingertips!

This is an excellent laptop. I don't use it for heavy graphics work, but it has had excellent response time for everything I have used it for. Screen is bright and clear, easy to use the touch feature as well.

This laptop felt a little strang at first since i've always used a desk top computer. I'm adjusting to to it as it's becoming more easy to move around into the differnt windows & exploring my creative side. Over all it a goo laptop for priceand size.

360 feature is a head Turner, the sound is impressive, the quality is excellent! The color and model are complement each other nicely! Fast, reliable, have had no problems with it. I'm very satisfied with this laptop!!

Bought it on clearance at a reasonable price. Very fast machine. Smallish SSD but OK as long as you don't save large files locally. Too bad the USB-C port is data only and does not support video out or charging in.
