I always enjoy HP products, and this is no exception. It is fast and easy to use. I enjoy the ink pen function for taking notes at school. I bought an aftermarket pen and it worked perfectly out of the box. The size is perfect for transport in my backpack, yet big enough to see everything on screen.

Easy to use, easy to travel with. It would seem like its a pocket wallet.

It’s been a few years since I’ve had it and it’s still working great. So far don’t regret my purchase.. the only bad thing about this laptop is that the power button is in a very bad spot. You will accidentally turn it off because of where it’s place.

Slim convertable, plastic chassis with metal accents. One turn down, that wasnt specified, is that its not running regular windows, its running the S version. Even while being an S Version of windows, if your into regular browsing, checking emails and entertainment your good to go, but if your into installing programs that arent in the store id think twice.

This easy-to-use product can be used by just about anyone. As a student, I like the compact design that makes it very portable to carry between classes. It's easy to navigate and very user friendly. And the tablet mode is a nice feature!

Love my new HP Pavilion laptop! I appreciate the people working for Best Buy in helping me choose which purchase to make. I also am glad the Geek Squad is always there to help me with any problems I have with not understanding certain areas of my computer. ( I will be 77 years young on January!)

My problem with this computer is that it has such a short battery life. Even when fully charged, if left unplugged for a few hours, the battery will halfway discharge. If you use it for very long, it has to be plugged in.

Super easy to set up. It is really fast starting up and lightweight.

I assumed this laptop could be similar to a tablet in tablet mode however they are not 100% functional in tablet mode. I do love that i can screenshot from this device, I am able to utilize some amazing features. Great for video editing & all of my custom printing software work perfectly

Great computer! Small, easy set up, easy to reset to factory settings. I returned this computer only because I use the side number keys a lot, which this does not have. Also I prefer to have a DVD drive, also not on this computer. My return was super easy at Best Buy!

It’s a great laptop. It has all the storage and speed you could want but it’s not made well. I’ve had to send it back to geek squad to be repaired twice. The first time my charging port and all ports were not working and the second time the computer completely died.

I've been buying hp for years. I really wanted to love this laptop but unfortunately, that did not happen. When I first brought it home it worked quite well. It was quick and startup was so much faster than what I'm used to. I thoroughly enjoyed having the fingerprint sensor but tbh, it never really worked right. Many times when I would place my thumb, it would not read and I would need to reposition my thumb. After having the laptop for about 12 days, the fingerprint sensor stopped working altogether and I also could no longer login with my pin. I went into the settings and deleted both my saved fingerprint and my pin. I was able to recreate a new pin, but the fingerprint sensor wouldn't accept a new print. I ended up returning it on the last eligible day. There were also some issues with my touchscreen. It worked when it wanted to. Sometimes when I touched the screen nothing happened. Other times I would touch it and the screen would go crazy as if it was too sensitive or too responsive. Maybe I simply got a bad laptop by accident and the others are okay. But if you're looking to purchase this model, keep a close eye on your return period.
