stinks never had a problem with any my my hp lap top

Very fast and compact 2 in 1 laptop. Perfect size to convert into tablet mode. Build quality is very solid and I love that it is gold. Solid sound coming from it's speakers but I use a portable speaker via Bluetooth. I purchased it when it was on sale so the price was definitely right. Best thing about this laptop is the speed along with ease of setup. I highly recommend this laptop. HP made a winner with this one!

I bought it for college and it has everything I need!! I even bought the Pen so I could write notes on the laptop instead of using paper!!! But for some reason I start typing the keys are so behind I’ll be on the fifth letter and the key didn’t get the first three keys/letters. They did give me 2 weeks to return it if I have issues, I don’t want to return it but if I keep having issues with the keyboard I’ll have to return it. Other than that it’s perfect!

I bought this about 2 days ago and I am so happy. The laptop itself is very fast, and it does NOT feel cheap, it’s very sleek for me, I love the design. I switched over to regular windows 10 and still works fast. I do wish it had a backlit keyboard though. And let me say you can upgrade the SSD and Ram. So with it being 128gb SSD was the least of my worries because you can always upgrade it. For what I’m doing on it, it is a beast. I’m working with Oracle 12C Enterprise edition and SQL Developer for school and for that it works so well. I am able to have sql developer open and my class open at the same time. When I switch to tablet, I found it very smooth and intuitive! I am going to get the pen for it also. I absolutely love this laptop, 128gb SSD, 8gb Ram (both upgradable) and 10gen core i3 this laptop is a amazing for everyday, school, even business and moderate programming.

the versatility to sign documents on tablet mode is the best especially when I'm out of the office for work and so mirror on other devices is the best.

Hi! I purchased this laptop recently and I have found it to do an incredible job at running larger files. It is efficient and runs very fast. It is intuitive and very modern. I absolutely love the design. I do have one complaint about it though- the noise. On average, the laptop runs smoothly with no sound from the fan, but if you are running files that are bigger, or even medium sized, I have found that the fan gets quite loud. It’s not too bad, I just thought I would write about it. Overall, it’s a good laptop.

I loved this laptop in itself, but I had technical issues/glitches with the screen that Best Buy wouldn't fix for me for free (I had a warranty) because it was during Covid. I can only hope that I got a bad one and this isn't a universal problem because I loved the laptop otherwise!

Love the laptop, best for college students. I got the touch screen because its more fun, nd you can save $100 without it. Best thing I like about it, is that it literally starts right up in 5 secs. Dislike is lack of storage but I managed to get one drive with 5TB of storage so I'm good.

The computer is easy,light, and overall a great computer for a student. The only reason i did not give it a 5 is because the fan is quite loud for me, and the battery seems to drain fast. other than that the computer is a great device for its price.

I bought this computer mainly for school and day to day use. I've had it for about 2 weeks now but so far so good. It's fairly light and easy to travel with to keep in a backpack and the battery life is great as well. I would say my only complaint so far is the screen. I wish it was a full 1080p screen but the 720p is still pretty good though. Also, the screen doesn't get as bright as some other computers and with it having a glossy finish the glare can make it a little difficult to see clearly when outside. Other then that It is a pretty well rounded computer for someone looking at a mid-grade device for school, work, or just day to day use.
