Ordered Windows Office 19 and received a code and link for "easy" digital download, NOT! Fortunately, took my computer to the Hickory, NC, store. Joe with the Geek Squad did an awesome job installing the Office software in addition to fine tuning the computer for me. I was so impressed with this young man... helpful, courteous and knew his way around a computer. One of the most pleasant experiences I've ever had in a customer service situation!

It's okay but could've bought better for the price

I was super excited just to be disappointed. I bought it for editing photos but I'm not sure how well that will go . Pros: lightweight, thin, easy to move around, awesome speakers, fast Cons: screen seems dull, picture is low quality, no disk insert (which I knew when buying), no number pad just the ones on top keyboard, charge seems to run down pretty quick.
