Pleased with the product and the service

The computer came in during the time it was expected and the Geek Squad took care of it from there. At the moment, we feel like this computer runs much slower than the one we lost to our battery explosion.......but i may need to make some changes that will speed up the working of this HP computer. Overall, we are pleased with the purchase and the service.
