This laptop is amazing, just like the other comment, S mode is a disadvantage but I switched out of that very quickly. The thing with S mode is that you cannot download apps such as google chrome or firefox, since S mode protects you and guards you from any apps that are not in the microsoft store. I just didn't like or prefer that, so I switched out and it took me like 30 seconds! From there, I downloaded all the apps I wanted off the internet (chrome, zoom, etc). This (for me) was a huge upgrade since the screen is so huge compared to my old dell 11 inch touchscreen laptop. THE SCREEN SIZE IS AMAZING AND PLUS ITS TOUCHSCREEN! The touchscreen reacts very fast when you touch it as well (no lagging)

I bought this for school and it honestly came in so handy. You dont need something so expensive. It still works after 4 years of college

Great light laptop for a student or work, very fast, easy to understand. , great memory and touch screen, connects fast to wifi, great battery life, it last 8hours before you need to charge.

The smaller size meets my need of often taking my laptop in my backpack. It weighs a lot less than my previous one. I would have preferred more USB ports, so I ended up buying a 4 port hub. I prefer using a mouse rather than the touch pad, so one USB port is used up and it came with just two ports. Color is great, and this is much faster than my previous HP pc purchased in 2014. Great for what I need. Other PC's were not readily available. Some said wait about a month, and I couldn't do that.

I LOVE THIS COMPUTER! I bought this HP 360 ENVY for my daughter. I also bought myself one 2 years ago. It has kept up with progressing technology and I absolutely love using it! These HP laptops are affordable and do everything that laptops my friends have purchased for 3 times the cost. I'll stick with HP & Best Buy!! I always purchase out of box items at BEST BUY. Their prices are already amazing, but when you look at refurbished and out of box items, the savings is unreal!!! I bought my washer/dryer out of box from Best Buy. I paid less for the combo than I would have for just one of them brand new. The washer was a floor model. It was cleaned before delivery and still had all of the hoses and manuals neatly tucked inside, just like new!! The dryer had a small dent and scratch about the size of a silver dollar on the side that can't be seen in my laundry room . as I slowly replace the appliances in my kitchen, I will be shopping BEST BUY for every item. If you have the patience to wait for the deal and want to save, this is your best bet! THANK YOU BEST BUY!! Susan Denton, Texas

This is a very good laptop. Has good speed. I wanted touch screen and keyboard option for playing games and typing. It is also very light and not nearly as cumbersome as my "old" 14 inch laptop that has a disc drive and a battery that sticks out from the base and constantly falls off. The battery life with this laptop is sufficient for my purposes since this laptop does not leave home and can be charged whenever needed. The SD card capability will serve the same purpose as the disc drive on my old one.

Looking for a simple laptop for my hubby. Spent a little more then I wanted to but was worth it. Easy set up and easy to navigate. I love the different set ups you can do for touch screen vs keyboard. My hubby is not too computer literate and this was very easy for him. Easy to handle. I would like to now get one for myself, just a bigger screen. Definitely 5 stars here

I purchased this on a black Friday Sale I could not be happier with my purchase. I wish I would have bought another at that time. This is perfect for me. Very happy with my purchase. I am a casual user, I use it for emails, Facebook, Netflix other movie streaming. Sounds silly to the more tech people as i am not a techie so to say. I was pleasently suprised that it links with my phone as well and it was very easy to set up.

Love the versatility of the laptop, very easy to use and setup but again I cannot for the life of me why I can't use MS Word, Excel, etc... It's never been an issue until recently so that's very frustrating but a good buy nonetheless

Perfect computer for online schooling. I purchased this for my son after being fed up with the schools Chromebook. Love how easy this is to use with the touch screen and slightly larger screen. It powers up quickly and has a decent battery life. No complaints so far I would definitely recommend this laptop you get a lot of nice features at a fair price.

This laptop works fine, but there isn't anything spectacular about it. 1. Bestbuy was great. I ordered this after 5pm and received it in the mail by 1pm the next day. I was impressed with how fast this came. 2. The laptop itself was the *cheapest* touchscreen laptop I could find that had at least 8gb of RAM. Similarly equipped laptops were going for at least $100 more at other places. The laptop functions fine and I have not had any glitches with it. It is not blazingly fast or anything. They keyboard flexes underneath of my fingers while typing and the screen bounces back and forth if you use the touchscreen in laptop mode, so the hardware is not top quality. I needed something I could pay bills on, do video calls, and have Microsoft Office on it and for that purpose, it works just fine. As for Win 10, I did have some issues getting things so not everything on it auto syncs with OneDrive, but it didn't take too long to set up other than that. It auto connected to my home printer, so I wont have to fuss with that, which is nice (you guys know how printers can be).

Purchased these for both my younger sister and my girlfriend as a simple laptop to use for school. They both agree that they're efficient and perfect laptops for their uses, lightweight and easy to understand. The touch screen comes in handy and this little buddy can run a few small games, which is nice.

I bought this computer for my daughter on her birthday. She absolutely loves it and takes it with her everywhere she goes, even sleeps with it. She is able to do her art work and play her roblox game, which takes a lot of RAM to play. You get more bang for your buck when you purchase this computer!

I purchased this laptop for my daughter for her first year in college. The computer was easy to setup. So far, my daughter hasn’t had any challenges with the laptop. She wanted a laptop that was versatile and lightweight for her to carry around campus.

I really like it. It's light, portable and has a really fast start up. The only this is I ordered the black one in store and received a silver one instead and was told it would take another month to receive the right color after already waiting 3 weeks for this one to be in stock.

The best laptop l've ever had. I've had it for about 2 years with no issues. I recommended for my teenage son and he's had no issues with it. I'm looking to buy it for my daughter and nephew as Christmas presents.
