Left Shift Key didnt work for an open box item

I have bought few open box items from BestBuy and never had any issue. However, for this one, the left shift key wasn't working. I bought another one (new laptop) and returned this one. Although I was late by couple of days, BestBuy representative accepted it quickly. So 5 star is for the service and -1 for the product.

Inexpensive version of awesome

She's very happy with the product for remote school work, web surfing and web based gaming like Roblox. This laptop is better than some of my first desktops as far as power and performance so don't feel like you need to buy your children supercomputers. This laptop is great as a first laptop.
