Overall, not a bad computer. But the malfunctions, glitching and battery life on the device was not the best at all. I returned it after two weeks just because I need something more stable to do college work and conduct business websites.

This is my first laptop and so far I'm pleased with it. My being able to navigate from site to site or icon to icon is a bit challenging for me though. This however will get better as I become more familiar with the product. The design of the product is sleek and attractive. I wish that you could have included a carrying case considering the price paid for it. Thanks

I really enjoy my new laptop. It’s not too small not too big. I can take it anywhere with ease. And everything works perfectly. If you’re looking for something that’s the size that’s easy to take anywhere you wanna go without being too bulky or needing reading glasses to see you what’s on the screen. This laptop is bar noneA great bye with great features.

This thing has an amazing processor. A lighting fast ssd. 8GB of ddr4 ram which should be enough for anyone not looking to game which is basically pointless on a computer like this without a dedicated graphics card. The keyboard is decent but missing backlighting. It has just enough ports to get you by. It seems like an overall great package. That is, until you get to the screen. The screen is the biggest deal breaker. Someone that wasn't thinking straight at HP decided to use a TN lcd for the screen. Who in their right mind would ever consider using a TN panel in a 2 in 1 laptop? It completely defeats the purpose of even having a 2 in 1 laptop. When the screen is viewed at any angle that is not how you would traditionally look at a laptop it looks terrible. If you have it in tablet mode and viewing in landscape orientation the difference between what your left eye sees vs your right eye is so large that it just hurts to look at. Then if you have it in tent mode the screen looks so washed out it's difficult to make out some colors. Indicative of the nature of TN LCD panels. So in short. Because of the screen that HP decided to use this is basically useless as a 2 in 1. Making the price premium for having a 2 in 1 a complete waste
