Make sure you get a case or some protection for it if you plan t ok travel. There surface can be easily dented or scratched. The caps on light stopped working for me but plan to use my warranty to fix that detail. Other than this it's a pretty amazing computer. Runs well and easy to use.

Follow up Best Buy service nonexistent
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My review is inclusive of the purchase/pickup process, the product and the follow up customer service (or lack thereof). I would typically review only the product (as requested) but since getting in touch with someone at Best Buy has been impossible, I'm including everything here. The online purchase and pickup processes were both seamless. I was able to easily find and compare the laptops, and I waited less than 5 minutes for the item to be delivered to my car. The HP laptop has been easy to set up and use. The problem I ran into, and the reason for the 3 stars, is that after my purchase, when I had questions, it has been impossible to get a human on the phone. I am also getting scam Geek Squad emails and calls, stating that I'm going to be charged $199 for their subscription service, which I never requested. While that may not be Best Buy's problem directly, it is something they should be working to correct as I've seen a number of complaints about this online.
