So far, really like this lap top. It can also be used as a tablet as well. I like the HP computers in general so this made sense to get as my other touchscreen computer was having problems. But it was old, over 5 years approximately. This is for my son, so for his needs for school etc., it's a good buy.

I purchased this laptop with the expectation that it was just like one that I purchased for work. In some ways they systems are similar. I must admit that I like this system a lot better than the one that I purchased a year and a half ago. This system is much more responsive with quick power.

I have always had good luck with HP laptops. For my general use it is easy to get around through my documents and searching on line. My new on has more storage than my older modal which is a plus. I am very satisfied with my laptop.

right size and easy to use . fits my demands on a daily basics. keeps excellent charge and easy to carry around. still exploring on how to use different functions on the laptop. great to know that the geek squad is around to answer any questions that I might have. also a very great price for me.

I am an average user of the laptop. Banking, emails, shopping. I have had the laptop for 3 weeks and so far so good. Nice size and easy for travel. Screen is easy to read. The size is smaller than my old computer, but I do not notice as a problem. Seems to do everything I need it to do.

Switching for the first time from dell to hp and not dissapointed at all. Its been mote than six months using it, works fast and no issue with performance. Works fast as it did the first day. SSD effect. Great sound ,video quality , quick response times. Use it for work

Great laptop for school and home use . Fast and quick setup. The only reason that I wouldn’t give it a five star because of the quality of the monitor. Not a deal breaker if you’re not into video and photo editing. Otherwise it’s well worth the price, plus the discount. Highly recommended.

Good every day use laptop. Not heavy and easy to carry around. Wish came with windows 10 pro instead of basic home edition. Going to do research work for medical company so had to pay extra $100 for upgrade. I’m not a gamer so i can’t comment on that. Otherwise is pretty good. Like it.

It didn't the job I just didn't like how it recommended an upgrade and the. It did the flickering screen. I couldn't do anything about it and to fix it I had to pay like 200 dollars to fix it which I found very unfair.

This is a very good laptop, has evey function useful for student because i use it for online classes, you can connect your bluetooth, merge with your cell phone., you can fold this laptop to turn it to a tablet, i enjoy using this laptop. Buy it you will enjoy it!

The Location where i picked up the item, a few of the staff members were really not that friendly and inviting, but there was one employee who went above and beyond in searching for an open box item that the best buy website said was in stock at that location. The item did not come with a charger for the computer which was kind of strange and when i asked could i keep the charger for the item i was exchanging out i was told no not possible. I was under the impression that the open box just meant someone opened the box didn’t like the style of computer or something cosmetic about it and returned it. I did not know that i would have to buy a new universal charger to fit because i thought i was getting a deal on an open box...

Out of the box, this is an awesome computer. It’s was pretty fast upon startup and setup. However, it comes in safe mode which is not what’s advertised on this site like other laptops are. It was easy to switch out but I was very hesitant. It now runs hit at times. I’m willing to give it another week or so to see how it goes but it may have to be taken back. The price was good when I got it. It was $100 cheaper than original price. My main concern is that it runs hot quickly when charged or not. I wonder why. We haven’t installed much in it . Only Google chrome and Roblox. Roblox was installed before the safe mode was turned off so idk. I hope it gets better because my daughter loves the laptop. I put I would recommend but honestly I’m not sure.

We bough this for our son in third grade for his school. It’s light, fast and good looking computer. It is definitely affordable and has enough space for him to download his school stuff and his video games. My son enjoys his new computer next to his IPad.

For some reason the laptop is in S mode which does not allow me to download applications. Says I have to pay 100.00 USD to take it out of S mode. Not happy this was not explained at the time of purchase.

Perfect for what I purchased it for. We bought it for a shop computer to do our tunes on vehicles. It's Perfect size and works great with the tuning software.

I was looking for a cheap computer for my sister in law who is attending nursing school and I had a pretty tight budget, Kyra was able to help us narrow down some of the best computers in our price range. She was extremely honest and knowledgeable.

So far, so good. I am still exploring the features available to me. Sometimes the screen responds and zooms up in size for what appears no reason and sometimes my cursor seems to get stuck but I am figuring this out as I go. No major complaints as of now.

I was looking for a laptop with the main usage being for school and online browsing. HP is known to be reliable so I went with this one. This laptop is quick and it’s a 2 in 1 which comes in handy depending on how it’s being used in the moment.

An average computer for the price. If looking for a back up computer this will do. The price is reasonable, if you can save for a better one please do that. Easy to set up no need for geek squad.

The HP Pavilion x360 is very easy to type on. The keys have a good amount of travel – not Lenovo ThinkPad T490 good but still deeper and nicer-feeling than most laptops – and gentle underlighting means you can work away late at night with ease.
