I love this computer. I upgraded from a chromebook so there is a huge difference. I am still learning but no part of figuring this out is difficult. Great for all my college needs.

Only had it for a few weeks. Seems to work good. Use it to surf internet and stuff. I dont do video editing or play games so I cannot comment how it would work for those things. Bought it on black Friday at sale price. Happy with purchase.

Where can I start this laptop is better than I expected it's great for young students and u can use for many things. I love the 360 turn and it has fast response so far I haven't had to wait for anything to load even when I had bad wifi

Fine for email and web surfing. Very lightweight. Don’t expect to play any serious games or run any graphic intensive programs.

Love HP products. For years they have consistently delivered with exceptional and great products (printers and CPU's). When my office work required me to use a LAPTOP - I purchased this this model and it has delivered as expected.

I bought this as a gift for a friend. It was perfect for her needs as a dual function computer. It was able to handle a light-work at home load as well as function as a good web-surfing/entertainment laptop for her and her daughter.

Have been using this prodct for work and kids school and its honestly great. The SSD provides fast and uninterrupted computing while the touch screen allows you to use a mouse or your finger. Very happy with the product overall.

Love it, it does exactly what I need. The only thing I didn’t like was online it came with a Microsoft trial, but in store they wouldn’t give me the online deal even though they went and ordered the product online themselves.

I bought this computer because my wife needed a computer for work. It works great. Quick start up time and lightweight. The only downside is in tablet mode, the screen is impossible to view

All is good with this laptop, the only negative I was say is this laptop really heats up. The battery area gets really hot 20 mins in.

Very happy with this laptop. This is the second one I purchased. I still have one from 2 years ago. We use both for the children’s online schooling. Easy to set up and easy for a child to use. Plenty of storage space.

My new laptop is just right! Much lighter and smaller, it's easier to keep handy and transport. The keyboard is comfortable and it's so much faster and easier to connect to the internet. I'm an HP fan for life.

I purchased this HP laptop to use strictly for a cricut machine. The processor is fast, I can have more than one window open and it does not slow down. It does everything I need without breaking your wallet.

Basic, heavy, but good for school work and streaming. Touchscreen is sometimes useful. Recommended for non-gamers and students.

excellent laptop for my daughter who is a high school student she just needed the ram memory to expand The price was higher since the costs were changing every week and the first time I saw it, the price was lower

Amazing budget laptop. Everything just works. Look up guide online on how to remove s mode. Its not that hard. The screen is the weak link here. Only 720p and a bit dim but gets the hob done

I purchased this computer because my previous one was on its way out and I needed a laptop for school. I must say that I am happy with it especially since it can be used as a tablet as well.

Good laptop. Very user friendly, not too big space in saving files so I recommend you only save important files and just use a hard drive. Good battery life. Overall the laptop is fast and easy.

Love this laptop! Have not had any issues yet. I do not use this for gaming so not sure how well it works for that. I mostly use for browsing, zoom calls and emails. No lag time.
