Spoke with a Geek Squad representative who game me guidance. Ordering was easy. My only issue is that it was delivered a day late, but that was not the fault of Beat Buy, the delivery service was late.

I found out that this computer is slow. My wife uses it all the time and would like to let you guys it was not worth the money I spent on this computer.

It's working very well. It is used for gaming for the most part. I really like the 2-1 aspect of the computer's flexibility. I will not have another tablet that is not 2-1. It is really convenient.

This is my second computer of the same brand and type and I love it so much but be careful because it breaks easily. My First one broke by simply spilling a little bit on my drink on it.

Great for drawing! My daughter loves drawing on anything. I got this for her school work but she loves drawing on it. The key pad easily folds back and the touch pad is great for tablet pens

I purchased this as a second computer in case I have problems with my main computer. It is easy to set up use for all the basic tasks. Wish the keyboard would light up but that is a minor complaint.

I purchased these for my 5 and 8 year olds, they need exposure to other than iOS operating systems. I am happy to report that the laptops are exactly what they needed and plenty of room for growth
