Was looking for a basic computer for my in-laws you’ve had a desktop for the last five years and this one for the value was very great for what they want to do wet brows look at pictures etc.

The sales person set me up with a good match with this computer. And the tech that came to house to set up was great. Both where excellent in knowledge and training

I'm hap[y with the laptop but furious about the flash drive! I can't get it out of its case, which tells me that what you sent me was a very old item. What are you going to do about it?

This lap top is just what I wanted and performs as needed! I almost went for a lessor brand at a lower cost; but, happy that the sales associate helped me with his advice. Spot on!

Very good laptop for the price I don’t do anything that processor intensive so this was a perfect buy for me the only complaint is that the screen for go back as far as I’d like

Pretty nice little laptop my wife uses every day as a teacher aid and loves the functionality of. I use it for some rather simple tasks myself, usually to write an email with.

Light enough that it's not a burden to carry with me...powerful and fast enough to get done what I need to get done. And has enough storage space for me...excellent product

This HP laptop is excellent! The picture and colors are sharp on the screen. The touchscreen works well. I am enjoying using my laptop. I don’t have any negative comments.

It works fine. It's a little slow and battery life is terrible but it works to get things done. However, I would not purchase again.

Really enjoy my new computer. Its great to not have to wait forever to do banking check emails etc.etc. Nice and responsive and bigger keyboard make it much easier.

Great Laptop. Bought it for Kids online schooling. The touch screen screen makes it easier for when the kids need to do assignment that requires circling answer etc.

Great laptop for e-learning students. Handles most common tasks done with e-learning quite well. Seems durable enough for teenager's as long as they handle it with care.

So far my laptop is great for what I bought it for. It can be a little slow in loading apps though. Also, I didn't expect for the text read aloud to speak of every command.

Very happy with my selection. Sales associate was extremely helpful. Works well with my docking station and multiple monitors. Would definitely recommend for home use.
