Nice mix of tablet and laptop. Fast operating speeds... pretty happy so far. Only issue was installing a Non Microsoft product; wouldn't download the right version until we figured out the system was in S Mode. After converting back to regular Windows everything is a breeze now.

Love the touch sign in. I had the previous version 17.3 in Dell and there’s a big difference in screen size although this one is 17in. It does get hot faster on the bottom than I remember my latest dell but over all picture quality is nice and I’m a Dell laptop fan

I bought the laptop for my husband for Christmas. He likes the quality of the HP. Easy to learn to operate, compact and lightweight, not heavy and bulky. Great computer for the price.

It is great for what I purchased it for. I have a small business and use it for estimates and taxes. The battery isn't the greatest, but I always use it near an outlet so this isn't an issue for me. Overall, a very good product for the price.

Bought this computer for my little one. So far has been great. Lightweight and and not to big, so transport is not a problem. Touch screen works excellent and she loves it. so far a great purchase

I honestly have to say. I have never owned a HP Computer! I was so use to buying $1k+ computers thinking they will last longer . But you don’t need that! This computer/tablet is so fun and easy to use! HP is Great

So far I the computer makes distance learning for my 8 year old easier (she was using a chromebook prior). The touchscreen is great and she can draw out her math equations with her finger. She can select answers quicker using the touchscreen on numerous learning sites. The other thing I love about this computer more than the chromebook is the windows button that allows her to snap two windows up on the screen so she can look at the teachers example while she works on hers in the window next to the example. I wasn’t very excited about the S-mode. It wouldn’t load my printers driver in that mode...when you go to shut it off it warns you that you can’t put it back in that mode and makes you fearful that you are going into dangerous territory.

I love It! I’ve needed a new laptop for years now and when I found this 2in1 option that wasn’t a chrome book i freaked! The versatility and touch screen option is amazing. Speed, Quality & Affordable!

The HP Pavillion X360 2-n-1 14" Touch-Screen Laptop is a great machine for the price point. The touch capabilities are very handy. The keyboard is easy to type on and it fits easy in a computer bag.

This laptop is great. I have been using it for several weeks now. It works well with both wifi and USB tethering. Which is good when you use mobile data. Its a touch screen laptop that can flip only 2 ways. Please keep in mind the screen is not removable. It performs very well with both touch and touchpad. It is fast and intuitive. Make sure it is off when you clean the screen which tends to get fingerprint marks. I recommend you get the fingerprint scanner.

I have a laptop that was slowing down due to age and the varied uses I had for it (video editing, photo editing, streaming server, etc), so I needed something that was more mobile, and I've been coveting touchscreen for a long time, so this seemed like a nice compromise. From a performance standpoint, this thing is a beast. Moving to a solid state machine is daylight and dark from my old laptop. I just wish it had more storage, but external Hard Drives are cheap, so you take the good with the bad. Battery life drops over time, but I'm still getting 5-6 hours on a charge.

Great computer and fast, love the touch screen and how you can use it as a tablet. Would recommend, not used for gaming did not try. Great for school work or business work.

Easy set up. Working well a month in. No issues with WiFi connectivity. The graphics are decent. Storage is great for the price. Recommend this laptop to anyone looking for a reliable and great product. I always buy hp products. My last laptop has been with me 7 years. Needed an upgrade though. Well worth the investment. HP is a repeatable company and their customer service far surpasses any company I’ve dealt with. And you can’t forget Best Buy! Affordable prices, brand products, and great value!

I was very nervous making this purchase for my husband. I wanted a computer that would be easy to get going. It took me weeks to decide and I didn't want to make this purchase through my Amazon account; rather a reputable electronic company like Best Buy. I am very, very happy with the deliver; the product. He's already got it set up and loves it. We are electronically challenged so with such an easy set up; it was a great gift. It's not an Apple - which we don't like any Apple products, it's an HP a nice thin laptop that we can take anywhere. Throwing out the broken dinosaur we had and embracing this beauty!
