    I bought this on 12/6/2020 and it worked fine for 2 days. On 12/8/2020 I tried to start it and received 3 blinking LED lights on CAPS and no screen. Laptop seemed hotter than prior 2 days. I spent several hours trying to resolve and finally escalated to HP support, which was awful. I was stuck in a never ending loop with HP virtual automated feedback. Never able to speak to a representative. I am typing this review on my HP Desktop PC that I have had for several years. Very disappointed in poor support and poor product. I had considered buying the new MacBook Pro 13" with M1 chip and finally upgraded after returning broken laptop, which was a good decision after poor experience with HP (owned many HP products in past, but the awful virtual support was the tipping point - human interaction is important on important devices).
