    I had high expectations for this computer. And I’m sure this is could be great HP laptop, but the $500+ refurbished one I received was more than disappointing. I have purchased referbished, Geek-certified electronics before (Beats Studio 3 headphones) from Best Buy and they are great. However, this was a failed purchase. It was delivered to my home on 12/11/2020. After very light use over the course of 3 weeks, it has already crashed and showed a blue screen after trying to update itself. It overheats very quickly, and frequently lags or glitches. Also there is some issues with the glass along the top of the screen. I have barely began to use this computer and it already seems like I have overstressed it for 6 years, but again it's been a frustrating 3 weeks. I gave it a try and I'm very disappointed. Will be returning asap.
