Everything is working great on my new computer. The only thing I don’t like is the resolution of the screen. The colors are weak and faded out. I’m really disappointed by that.

Although the actual purchase experience was just fine, I am disappointed to find there is a well known password sign in problem with the software on the computer I purchased. It seems to me that I should have been forewarned.

Beware this is a Windows Home in S Mode

I haven't really "played" with this one a lot since I got it in the mail about five days ago. However, I am VERY disappointed that I am unable to download a previous version of Microsoft Office. I bought this laptop because it was on sale and said it was a Windows 10 Home. I should have listened to the one review that said it was a Windows 10 Home in S mode. My MS account acknowledged my license (for a previous MS verision) but I am unable to download it because it's not one of the listed apps for this S mode. Now, I will have to purchase this annual MS 365, which I think in itself is crazy!

Ok computer, especially for someone starting out. I just have to have so many tabs open at once that I realized I needed a larger laptop with a bigger screen. Also, I was not in love with the keyboard.

The worst computer.I ever bought I do not recommend .for my daughter goes to an arts school. has to use their own computer as this one broke down less than a month .I paid for extra insurance and then it’s now going to be 40 days before I can get it back so that I can even purchase another one because I’m a single parent on a budget. I can’t afford another computer while waiting on process.

This laptop seemed to get pretty hot after only an hour of turning it on which was very concerning to me. It was a good price for the type of laptop and it did have good features though.

The laptop performs well, the screen is very disappointing. The viewing angles on th screen are very poor, you basically have to be looking at it straight on.

I bought this in February. 10 months. The battery needs to be plugged in after a couple of hours of use. I am also having a problem with connecting to the internet. It keeps dropping my Internet signal. I can't even find one reason to recommend this.
