I have not been able to use the laptop for the purpose I purchased it because no one seems to be able to find all the issues. So I really can't give a honest rating for the laptop itself, at this time. So far I've been nothing but frustrated with it.

Crashed on the first day

The screen flickered a few times after using it for an hour, then it crashed. After rebooting it said there were urgent updates required, including for Windows 10, but each time I tried installing them the laptop crashed. Took it back to the store and exchanged for a new laptop, so honestly the one star is for Best Buy's easy return and exchange policy, not the laptop.

Need the power cord, came without it!

Called tech support and they did not solve our problem. We want best buy to send us the power cord that was supposed to be in the box with this device.
