This is the worst computer I ever had. I have been trying to get out of S mode for two days.

It was sad! John was very excited to get his laptop, he tracked it every day. But, to his dismay the product was a “no show”. Through all the communication, contact information and disappointing replies. John was very unhappy with the situation and cancelled the order. He received his refund confirmation #266837646 from the representative Joey. However, till this day he has not been refunded.

I was hoping this would be a good deal as it was marked down for Black Friday so I went ahead and made the purchase. Work fine for the first few weeks, then 5 days after the return period was up it will no longer connect to the internet. Wireless adapter error after error, even after a full "factory reset" unit is now just a paperweight. Do yourself a favor and spent a little more $$$ and get anything besides an HP

When it worked it was serviceable but randomly the keyboard and screen stopped working. The only way to use the device is to hook up an external monitor and keyboard/mouse. I essentially have a desktop computer now. I went to BestBuy and it would cost me almost the amount I paid for the computer to repair. Crazy!

Bought this as a gift for a family friend in December of 2020; by August of 2021, it was no longer operational. Brought it to the Geek Squad who said it needed a new mother board. This computer was not heavily used, but even it if was, I would not expect a mother board to go within 8 month. Very dissatisfied with this purchase.

Windows 10 is the worst operating system I baught this computer because I use my tax program on windows 10. But I can’t even get turbo tax installed.i also baught a external drive with this computer. I had a bad experience when I baught my aaple watch and the manager was Very nasty with me and would not help me or my life wife.i now have a computer that I can’t use. I need help.

Screen resolution was terrible. Bought it for zoom and video calling and the screen resolution was very grainy and poor quality. Also the performance was slow. I had to return it

Laptop stopped working after the 1 year manufacturer warranty and now requires a new motherboard. I am probably better off buying a new laptop since it will cost more to find the replacement motherboard and then spend the time to fix it and upgrade it. Very bad laptop.

A computer with an incredible design. unfortunately, since the first day I bought it, it presented a very notorious slowness in the web browser, Windows 10 literally forces you to use its explorer, which is very annoying. I decided to return it so as not to continue having problems with its browsing speed

Failed after 16 days. Couldn't return it. use and ram failed

Started getting hot, all of a sudden screen went black and won't do anything now. Tried plugging it in again, no light, no nothing, just dead. Taking it back to see what's wrong with it, might trade for something better not happy at all! H P isn't what it used to be! Very disappointed.

I am not happy with products it is not really what we needed

Was not pleased with the HP-Pavillion X360 2-in-1114". This laptop got uncomfortably warm while setting up, setup was not easy and the picture was not of good quality. We took it back and got an Asus chrome book which works great for what we need,

Didn’t work right out of the sealed box. It would lock up and also shut down for no reason. I returned it for a full credit. Service technician at Best Buy looked at it and couldn’t get it to work either.

Very upset. Arrived 3 weeks late and was a gift for my daughter from Santa and it didn’t even work. She got it today and it won’t turn in and had it charged. I will be returning it tomorrow.

Didn’t work straight out of the box and was refunded in store to apply towards a better product. The rep told us HP was the most returned computer.

i was sent a defective computer which I had to travel quite a ways tp return I was not happy to say the least.

I’m having a terrible time trying to install and run google chrome. The HP software’s “S-mode” continues to block it and my daughter needs access to google drive for school. I could have saved money and purchased a chrome book

This computer didn't even last nine months. Mouse stopped working and loud noises. My daughter was asked not to bring to school anymore. No support from BB or HP. Don't waste your money on HP or BB.
